Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Manoir du Bois Joly - Gite du Fournil

Le Bois Joly is a 16th-century manor house that became a large farm in the 19th century. Located near Nogent-le-Rotrou, it sits in the heart of the countryside. Since 1985, we have been restoring it while respecting the architecture of the Perche region. We invite you to stay at the Gîte du Fournil and share in this fascinating history! Soak up nature in this barn transformed into a residential house by an architect in the middle of the fields. Let yourself be lulled by the sounds of birds, you will observe pheasants, deer. Enjoy the library of comics and graphic novels. A video projector allows you to watch movies on a large screen. This is my main home, so there are my personal belongings in the house. There is still some beautification work to be done.

Restored cottage in a former 120 m2 barn located in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire region in the centre of the village of Cellettes (shops nearby: mini-market with bread delivery, tobacconist's, restaurant, etc.). You can explore the surrounding area by bike thanks to the "châteaux à vélo" trails.
