Steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries and butchers. If you are here for just one night or for a longer stay there is much to see and do near us. A very easy 3km drive from the A3 . In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "das Ima," a cottage that was built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books. The spacious townhouse is located in Miltenberg, the pearl on the Untermain. Odenwald and Spessart meet here on the Main and allow relaxing days in nature as well as a visit to the old town. A beautiful garden with three terraces, barbecue, fire bowl and sandbox is available for the large and small guests to relax. Depending on the occupancy, the house has up to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. There you will find bakers, butchers, boutiques and the most beautiful and romantic restaurants in the city. Here you can admire our beautiful old town with its traditional half-timbered houses.
