A spacious apartment with a cozy bedroom, bathroom, living room and dining room on the 1st floor awaits you. There is a further bedroom with 2 single beds on the top floor mainly for children. The living and dining room have access to the spacious balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the peace and fresh air. Thanks to the central location in Braunfels, sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are within easy reach. The surrounding area also invites you to explore the sights and go on long bike rides. The Orthopaedic Clinic and the Braunfels Neurological Clinic are nearby and can be reached on foot in just 5 and 15 minutes respectively. There is also a charging station for electric cars in the immediate vicinity and sheltered storage space for e-bikes or motorcycles on the property.

Your holiday starts right away in the new, stylishly and comfortably furnished apartment. Located in a quiet residential area, right next to the Rothaarsteig, you can start hiking and cycling tours straight away. The apartment has one bedroom, guest rooms for two additional guests, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a guest toilet with a shower, a living/dining room (with a wood-burning stove) and a southwest-facing balcony. You can barbecue and enjoy the sun on the large southeast terrace. The kitchen is comfortably furnished.

The small art remise along the Weiltal and Weilstrasse in the Taunus is a small 55 square metre cottage on a former mill estate. Heated exclusively with wood, the shed invites you to linger in a cosy atmosphere or to explore the Weiltal or Lahntal by bike. On the property right next to the stream you can meet dogs, cats, chickens and even the occasional egg. Most recently, the remise was used as a studio, and now art objects by regional artists continue to enliven the space.

Lots of space (300qm) in Weilburg

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

In the stables – side by side with chickens and horses

'IM PFERDESTALL' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the Mühlenanwesen. It used to be a stable. (Be sure to check out my other apartment, 'Scheunen-Loft', too.) The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people seeking a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat up with the stove. See below.

Vacation home on the edge of the forest "Silberhaus" with sauna

We rent a beautiful, cozy cottage. The cottage is located on the grounds of the former Maria pit right on the edge of the forest. A little off the main building. Thanks to the high-quality furnishings and some extras such as an infrared cabin, wood-burning stove, sauna on the terrace with an outdoor shower, large terrace overlooking the forest and much more, our vacation home is the ideal place to relax and unwind.

Hobbithaus

All our pride is our unique hobbit house, which offers a very special atmosphere. Here you can completely relax wrapped in Mother Earth, unwind in the hammock, watch the peacocks and bunnies as they pass by the window, listen to the birds of the forest, take a hot bath or just enjoy life! You can take care of yourself. There is one double bed and two single beds.

Oaktree-Cottage

Built in 2022, the cottage combines sophisticated architectural and furnishing standards with comfort and coziness. The romantic vacation home for exclusive use offers up to 4 guests a living space of 115 square meters as well as a wrap-around terrace of about 65 square meters, which with its southwest orientation allows you to enjoy many hours of sunshine.
