Wir vermieten ein kleines, gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment im Erdgeschoss eines Stadthauses am Radweg Berlin-Kopenhagen. Es befindet sich in der Nähe mehrerer Seen mit Badestellen, Bootsverleih, Restaurants, einem Schwimmbad, Wildtierpark, einem historischen Stadtzentrum mit Theater, Kino, Dom, Kirche und Renessainceschloss. In unserem Haus hat der Schriftsteller UWE JOHNSON seine Schuljahre verbracht. Wir (Sylvie &Tobias) freuen uns auf freundliche Gäste und heißen sie herzlich willkomen.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic holiday home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the bathing area. There is a boat house with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghies (sailing skills required) can be rented. Our vacation home by the lake is an ideal retreat and recreation area. The bungalow, which is built with a lot of wood, has a nice living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, a bright bedroom, another sleeping area on the lower floor and two bathrooms. From the fully glazed dining area you have a wide view of the garden and the lake. Another lake for swimming is right next door. The cottage is set amidst a very quiet, small vacation home settlement.

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
