Avel Mad is a small Breton house located in Loctudy, in Bigouden country, Southern Brittany. The beautiful Sables Blancs beach and coastal path are at the end of the street. The house is completely renovated with quality materials and carefully decorated. Facing south, it is bathed in light. Its enclosed garden allows you to enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy. Many beaches and trails to discover nearby. Pure happiness to feel fully on vacation!

300 m from the sea, this renovated farmhouse offers you the calm of its inner courtyard and orchard. The whole property is fully fenced. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with office area and fireplace as well as a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a 160 bed, one bedroom with a 160 pull-out bed and a 90 bed, and also a mezzanine with sofa bed. Towels and bed linens are provided.

Le Département du Finistère ne s'y est pas trompé : il a classé ce lieu en Espace Naturel Protégé. Cette maison divisée en deux gîtes, appartenait à mes arrières grand-parents : mon arrière grand-père, Le Youtar de son surnom avait commencé la pêche à l'époque ou l'on ne pouvait naviguer qu'à la voile ...
