Enjoy the garden or discover the charm of the Gulf of Morbihan, its beaches, the coastal walking trail, and the towns of Vannes, Auray, Carnac, La Trinité, and more. And if the weather is chilly, make use of the wood-burning stove. I will be happy to welcome you, show you around and share some good local addresses.

La maison est près de Carnac, Quiberon, Vannes, vous pourrez faire du bateau, du shopping, des restos et de la marche (sentiers des douaniers), etc. Super marché U à 3 km et petits commerces.

Shallow beach 100 m away, at high tide. No barriers, just flowers. I walk in the vegetable garden, depending on the season and your smiles, I will share it. Private parking, TRAILER and BOAT POSSIBLE less than 5.3 m. Free boat launch 600 m away! Ideal for hiking, kayaking, fishing (bass and sea bream in the Ria).

The pond cottage

Dans un lieu préservé, à 5 mn du Golfe du Morbihan, charmant chalet au bord d'un étang en pleine nature. Rustique mais confortable : - chauffage par poêle à bois - linge de lit et de toilette - douche, toilettes sèches - produits ménagers et de toilette biodégradables Vous accédez au parc boisé, aux équipements communs (barques, boulodrome, ...) et aux équipements partagés : piscine (chauffée en saison) et sauna (avec supplément). Animal de compagnie : 30€ Ménage optionnel : 40€.

Mini hammam in the shower, 2x spa bath (which replaces the Nordic bath in photo 1), 5.1 home theater in the room. *To have a pleasant stay in summer and winter, we lend two bicycles at no extra cost. Its geographical position is an asset, it is located 50 m from the seafront, 200 m from a small beach and playground (la pointe du perche), 2 min drive to the center and its amenities (restaurants, laundromat, bike rental...) We entrust it to your good care so you can enjoy our beautiful region.

Nicolas, the host of this place, is pleased to welcome you to this haven. Located at the end of a closed courtyard, you will have plenty of time to enjoy the elements that nature offers us: Land, Sea and Wide Open Sky. You will have sea views and be 50 m from the coastal path. In the middle of the oyster park, you can walk, cycle, admire nature and of course access all water activities. Carnac is 5 minutes away.

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large forest garden. Dragonflies, kingfishers… and hopefully otters and deer. Wake up, take a dip... or grab the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!
