Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Locmariaquer

Beautiful house, well laid out, very well equipped, good bedding, beautiful terrace and nice view. We had a very pleasant weekend with the family. The games available in the garden delighted the children. The arrival was facilitated by Marie Alix, very welcoming. We highly recommend this rental, close to many attractions. Nice and cozy accommodation where we spent two pleasant days. The terrace is not adjoining the accommodation, which is not well understood from the photos. The staircase to access the sleeping floors is narrow and not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. It is a home for 6 and there are only 3 seats and 1 pouf in the living area, which seemed insufficient to us. The accommodation is very clean and the amenities are good; apart from the 3 details mentioned, it met our expectations.

The place is really great! We had a great weekend with a group of friends. The lounge area is beautiful And each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom. I would recommend this place for a great weekend.

Daniel and Martine are very welcoming, good advice for visits as well as for restaurants. Great marine decor, a very warm house. Very good bedding. The house is close to the town centre but very quiet. We were more than satisfied with our stay.

Very nice apartment, very comfortable, beautiful view of the port, matches the photos. Small downside, access by steep and narrow stairs. check-in instructions not given by Airbnb or late, therefore difficult to find the garage. Thanks to Virginie for being responsive.

Dear Bérangère, We enjoyed the time in your accommodation right at the harbour - great location, yet very quiet. The apartment is wonderful and very tastefully furnished and we had everything we needed. If you don't want to go to the relatively expensive parking garage opposite, you can find various free parking spaces in the small streets in just 5 minutes on foot. We had our dog with us and also had quite positive experiences here. Vannes and its surroundings are worth a trip and this apartment is absolutely recommended. Thank you so much for having us. The only catch is that it's on the 4th floor and there's no elevator. For us it wasn't a problem but maybe for others it can be. Otherwise the apartment is great, spacious and functional. They're easy to reach. Great stay, thank you Bernard

We had a very pleasant stay, whether for the most pleasant accommodation or for the walks between the wild coast and the bay of Quiberon. I don't forget the great view of the waterfront that alone deserves all the stars.

The accommodation is ideally located and very well-equipped. We had a pleasant stay. Small downside the noise in the evening of the bars(high season) that we hear despite the insulation. But otherwise great

Very beautiful spacious house well arranged and equipped. All recent constructions in direct proximity spoil the environment. Direct access to hiking trails is a plus. 4 days of good weather allowed us to discover the beautiful region and this dream house

Everything was perfect, a clean accommodation where nothing is missing, with a neat decor. We immediately feel at ease. Xavier de Groom was also perfect, very friendly, responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, the landscapes and beaches are magnificent. An excellent weekend, we will come back and will not hesitate to call on Groom.

A few steps from the port, (excellent) restaurants, passionate small traders (great cheese shop and fishmonger), Céline's house is a haven of peace. The decor of the house is neat, the brightness is omnipresent, the comfort of the rooms is more than pleasant, a beautiful living space inside and out... nothing to say, we spent a long weekend with the family that was quite ideal. I'll just point out the presence of a plancha and not a barbecue. The exchanges with Céline were very pleasant and she was there to answer the small questions on arrival. Nothing to say, just to enjoy! And thank you Céline, for the little Breton welcome gift 🙂

We had a great stay with friends in this beautiful house, the space accommodating 4 couples with all the comfort and privacy desired. The house is very well equipped, the bedding is good quality, the view is really beautiful and the beach is accessible directly from the terrace. Great! Valérie who managed our stay is very welcoming and responsive in our exchanges.

Very nice comfortable house for a large family (we were 6 adults and 5 children): everyone had their own room, beautiful TV room and games for the children. The garden was also a success for aperitifs, barbecues and relaxation for adults, and space for children to run. In short, a magnificent stay! Thank you Murielle

Very nice cottage, bright and tastefully furnished as well as a very good level of equipment and especially the kitchen. The atmosphere of the large living room invites you to rest, conviviality and cocooning, the stove is a real plus! Possibilities of walking from the house. We felt “at home.”

Great family weekend (4 teenagers, 2 children and 7 adults) everything was as advertised by the owner! Comfortable villa for 13 people. Activities on site for everyone and very pleasant. Comfort 5 bedrooms, large living room. Easy and responsive contact with the owner. Lots of info on outings around but in 2 days we mostly enjoyed on site!
