Notre duplex de 40M² orienté plein sud avec terrasse se situe dans une résidence calme, joliment arborée avec piscine chauffée du 10/04 au 30/09. A 200m, vous disposerez de la Plage de Locmaria et de ses 2 chemins de randonnée. A 300m vous aurez accès à des commerces de proximité.Parking privé équipé d'une borne de recharge électrique. Machine à laver et wifi mis à disposition. Linge de maison en suppl 10 €/pers.

Maison de 35m² à Belle ile en mer avec piscine chauffée d’Avril à Septembre, au calme mais à proximité de tout (commerces et plage à 200m) Pied à terre pour découvrir l'île, vous aurez le choix des promenades et découvertes des plages et criques qui composent l’île. Eté comme hiver, par beau temps ou tempête, à pied, vélo ou en voiture, venez vous perdre et découvrir les mille des visages et secrets de Belle ile au travers des sentiers ou au détour des villages. (Logement refait à neuf en 2025)

For lovers of nature and contrasting landscapes, this house located in the town of Locmaria, in the small village of Bourhic and close to the wild coast welcomes up to 7 travelers. Comfortably equipped, it also has a small enclosed garden, a south facing terrace and private parking. Upstairs: the 3 bedrooms and 1 toilet on the landing; on the ground floor: the living room ( living room - dining area) , the equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 1 toilet.

This is a typical Belliloise house full of charm. It is located in the heart of an old village on the wild coast, close to the coastal path, the Pointe de Pouldon and the small beach of Port Pouldon. The village of Locmaria is 3 km away, where you will find a convenience store, a bakery, a café-tobacconist-grocery store, restaurants, bike rental... By bike you can easily reach Baluden or Herlin beach in 10 minutes or Les Grands Sables in 20 minutes.

Charming family house ideally located 5 minutes by bike from Les Grands Sables. The house is located on a large, particularly quiet wooded lot. It includes 4 bedrooms including: - 3 closed bedrooms (2 double and 1 single). - 1 mezzanine bedroom with 1 single bed. Living room with fully equipped kitchen, separate shower and toilet. The double bedroom on the ground floor is accessible from the outside and has a shower room and toilet.

This house, located on the outskirts of a hamlet, about 10 minutes from the GR 340 (stage between Sauzon and Locmaria), is located in a garden shared with our home. It offers an ideal break for walkers and lovers of nature and calm. The property can accommodate 2 people. Apart from walkers, it is best to have a means of transportation to make the most of your stay, as we are in the countryside.

Small terraced house with ours and with 1 bedroom upstairs. Equipped kitchen, walking distance to a large area and the city center. The shower and toilet are on the ground floor. Garden with palms, sheltered from the wind, arbor with lighting for romantic dinner in the evening. Gazebo sheltered from the wind and rain with electricity. Linens provided ( sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels).

Comfortable house located in Locmaria, a small village at the southern tip of the island. Two beaches nearby, Port Maria and Port Blanc, within walking distance of the house. You will also find a Spar, a bakery, three restaurants, bike rental, a tobacco bar, a post office and a Belle Ile bus stop in the village. Sheets, towels and kitchen linen are provided and beds are made on arrival
