Three night business stay in a real home from home. Really comfortable, quiet and well equipped for my stay.

Wonderful two-night stay with very welcoming and friendly hosts. As if we've known each other forever. Discreet. Always taking care of us. The layout of the house allows us to have our own privacy. The allocated lunch area is very well organised, well stocked and with everything you need available. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. We slept like babies. The small village of Kinross allowed us to easily explore the surroundings. We recommend this accommodation two hundred percent.

I would highly recommend Karen’s place. It is 18 miles from Edinburgh. 1 mile away from local train station which is 15 minutes walk from there. Flat itself was clean and had all the basics for cooking. Has a shop just around the corner. Which has got almost everything and closes at 9 pm.

Place was amazing! We had such a nice time! Couldn’t have wanted anything more, Heather was very helpful
