This unique home is decorated in a rustic style with a large patio and courtyard overlooking Motovun and the valley, as well as an indoor fireplace. Two beautiful bedrooms with a view and two bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, free wifi , a smart tv with a satellite dishwasher of two air conditioners, an outdoor grill and a fire pit. We're only 20 minutes away from the sea and the beach. The nearby beautiful old towns of Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj are 5-15 minutes away and the 7 waterfall trail is 15min away.

The studio is located in the old core of Pula in a historic building dating back to the 15th century. The building is adorned with the embossed groups of Tres Virtutes within the four-legged medallions that show the traits of Venetian Gothic sculpture, the work of a Dominic sculptor. Just a few meters away are: Forum, the Arc de Triomphe of the Sergians, the Temple of Augustus, Agrippina House... The Arena is 650m away...The nearest beach-Valkane is only 1.9 km away . The airport is 8km away and the bus station is 3km away.

Kuća Lilla je potpuno adaptirana. Smještena je u malom šarmantnom selu Loborika. Blizina mnogobrojnih plaža, uvala i ostalih sportskih i kulturnih sadržaja istočne, zapadne i južne obale velika je prednost ove kuće za odmor. Plaže i centar grada su udaljeni 10 min. autom, a centar Loborike sa trgovinom, cafeom i restoranom na 2 min. pješice. Kuća ima vlastito dvorište od 1200m2, free parking unutar dvorišta. Pogodna je za obitelji sa djecom, ljubimcima i za slabije pokretne osobe. Dobrodošli :)

Only five hundred meters from the apartment is the nearest bar where you can drink coffee or eat toast in the morning. You can also rent a motorboat there.

Beautiful'Del mar'70m from beach near Max mall

Del mar is very stylish and confortable place for 3 people 70 m.from the beach and few min by foot from big Max city mall(buy groceries,drink a coffee,restaurants).Beautifull location who has everything that you need !Gym on the open area,volleyball &child playground is also 70 m from app.We have bakery,2 great restaurants,fast food and ice cream , bus station,dog beaches. Parking place is near the app. and it is for free.We have new ski-lift and beach bar on the water :-)

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu obiteljske kuće , smještenom u mirnom i sigurnom kvartu , udaljen 10 do 15 minuta autom od grada i plaže . 3 spavače sobe kuhinja , dnevni boravak , dva wc , 2 balkona , parkiralište za auto , roštilj , bazen ... U cijeni je uračunato : voda , struja , plin , internet , posteljina ( plahte , jastučnice ) , ručnici , bicikle i boravišna pristojba .
