Holiday rentals with a patio in Llŷn Peninsula

Love this place… I’ve booked a few times now and it’s my go to space when I need a little get-away close to the beach. I’d book every month if I could - it’s popular!

Booking and communication at short notice was very good and locating the property and check in was easy. The allocated parking bay is clearly marked and close to the entry door - the high street and Ffestiniog Railway Station a two-minute drive away. Once inside, I found a light, clean, comfortable and attractive interior with good quality furnishings. Comfortable double bed and peaceful at night. Lounge with large comfy settee next to patio doors with a great view of the harbour. Good sized TV and reliable Wi-Fi. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening sunshine. Open plan kitchen next to lounge is well equipped. Three supermarkets locally or lots of restaurants if you don’t want to cook. From here I visited some great locations including Anglesey, beaches on Llyn Peninsula, Snowdon Railway, Ffestiniog Railway, Portmeirion, Barmouth and Porthmadog itself. I had a great time at this accommodation, a perfect base for exploring Snowdonia and I would happily stay here again.

We had a great break at Ffion’s property - beautifully furnished with all we could need, in a stunning area of the country - would definitely recommend & hope for a return visit sometime in the future.

I stayed in Willem and Lisa's Anex. They truly have a special place and I would love to come back and visit one of their cottages with my family.

Maria's apartment was absolutely amazing. First of all the location was fantastic and very easy to find. The actual apartment was as listed, a very well kept spacious apartment over looking a beautiful setting of a church grounds. Best of all though with this apartment was Maria and the staff at the pub. Absolutely brilliant amazing hosts, felt like we had known them ages, made us feel very welcomed and the restaurant food was outstanding. Cannot recommend this apartment, the stag inn and the village life highly enough. will be revisiting in the future.

What a fabulous property! Huge, tastefully decorated rooms, a kitchen that had every gadget and facilities you could possibly need. But by far the greatest attraction was the amazing views and (slightly cloudy, as it had rained) sunset. A fabulous covered terrace was the icing on the cake. Bedrooms were sumptuous and the free parking with just a short walk to town an added Bonus. Hayden was a great host and we got to meet Dave his resident owl. A perfect short break, we'll be back!

A fantastic base for exploring the area, very secure and private area with designated parking. Brilliant restaurants and shops nearby with lots to do. We visited Pen Mon lighthouse, Chateau Rhianfa, Beaumaris Seacoast Sauna, South Stack lighthouse, Rhosneigr, and a full day spent at Newborough Nature Reserve - one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Lovely pub garden that overlooks the Menai at The Victoria just a few steps away. Make sure you pack a hairdryer and tea/coffee. Basic amenities at the apartment, but that's all you need and we had a very restful stay!

From the moment we arrived Richard made us feel right at home. He was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house was exactly as described & the furniture was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi was excellent and there were lots of little touches not mentioned in the write up about the accommodation. The Hot tub was amazing, the views were beautiful & the patio area was perfect. The area is so peaceful and quiet. We highly recommend here for a relaxing & comfortable stay.

We loved our stay in the cottage. Everything we needed was there, great beds, lovely welcoming vibe, very friendly host and stunning beaches around the corner. What more do you need for your family holiday. Highly recommended.

Jessica’s place is amazing. Highly recommend! The views are amazing, and it’s the perfect location for Snowden and town. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with mates.

Ellie is the most fantastic host. She was so responsive and friendly if we had any queries. She sent a list of recommendations for places to eat that was all incredible… the potted lobster is not to be missed. The house is unbelievable. The pictures don’t do it justice to how beautiful it is. The view is breathtaking taking. We opened the window in the morning to listen to the waves lapping. You couldn’t get a better location. Inside the house is stunning and kept fresh and clean. It’s really big so plenty of room for big families. There’s a fire for our unpredictable weather, that made cosy nights in so lovely. The out door space is perfect for sunny days and evenings. The beds are lovely and comfortable. I honestly don’t think you could have anything but a superb time at Ellie’s air b&b. I would highly recommend and will definitely be having another holiday here again in the future.

Our stay was just what we needed. We loved the fact that everything was exceptionally clean. It was lovely to sit outdoors. Simon was very helpful and we knew we could contact him if needed. He was very approachable. Ideal location too.

Amazing stay, probably my favourite in Abersoch yet! Becky was so quick at responding and so helpful. The place had everything you need to travel with your family and baby. Would definitely recommend and we will be back. Thank you again

From start to finish our stay was perfect. Relaxing setting for the adults and plenty to do around the area for the children. Our children loved the cows daily visit. The house was spotless with everything you could need. Check in and check out were stress free. Gwen and her husband are friendly and left us to it. Highly recommend for your visit to Wales! The directions and check in were seamless. The house was huge and we enjoyed the conservatory for the sun. The memory foam mattress was very comfy and we loved the sofa and huge tv with netflix and Amazon Prime. Simon was very responsive and made local recommendations for us. Thankyou Simon.

Second time here, great location and brilliant host with flexible check in / out times

Alyson is a friendly and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay in her lovely apartment. It is so convenient for shops, restraunts, train station and seafront, all are in easy walking distance. Gated parking for added security.

Lovely little studio within walking distance of the village. We got a nice Thai takeaway . Comfy bed and cozy sitting area. Everything was spotlessly clean. The studio is a 15/20 minute drive from so many places and excellent value for money. Paula got back to us super quickly as we were running late on the day of arrival. We would stay again if wanting to visit Harlech or Portmerrion. Thanks Paula

Had an absolutely incredible stay at Heidi's property and would be sat here writing this review forever if I was to list all of the amazing things that made this property one of the best I have ever stayed in. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted with a folder that had recommendations and information about the local area, such a small gesture goes a long way in making guests feel at home straight away. The view from nearly every window in the property is the best view I have seen in a long time and myself and the other guests had to stop ourselves from sitting Infront of the window all day otherwise we would never have gone out. The property was spotless, spacious and had everything you could ever need. It made such a good base to explore the local area as it was only a 5/10 minute walk from the harbour/main beach. Thanks for an incredible stay Heidi, we've all made memories to last a lifetime.

Gorgeous few days in Llanbedrog celebrating my brother’s birthday. Our family home is in Llanbedrog so great to discover Yr Cwtch as this is just round the corner. Lovely welcoming touches - shortbread, milk and wine. Really comfortable and well stocked kitchen. You are very near the beach and the Welsh coastal footpath so perfect for walks with our dog. Andrea was an excellent host. Caroline, Eli and Cara 🐾

The flat is beautiful and clean and comfortable. The shower is the best shower I have ever used in my life. The bed was really comfortable and all the rooms were very airy and bright. The property was very well thought out with lovely gestures like salt and pepper, cleaning products and treats for dogs - my partner forgot his beloved coffee but thankfully Jennifer had kindly supplied some. The garden space is very pretty and relaxing. Parking right outside was very helpful and the whole place just feels very safe. The area itself is lovely and peaceful, with the sounds of birds (and gibbons) outside. There's a nice woodland walk just metres from the property and it's about 15 minutes walk from the shops and pubs and the sea front and also on the same road as the brilliant Welsh Mountain Zoo. It was helpful to just leave our car there and walk where we needed to go and catch a bus to Llandudno for the day. Jennifer kindly checked in to check everything was okay, great host thank you

Just back from a fabulously perfect weekend at Gabrielles kingfisher cottage. The cottage is stunning and pristine the location is perfect and private and Gabrielle is the perfect host. Dexter our dog loved meeting their friendly dogs too. Gabrielle is full of great recommendations and ideas and helped us make the most of our stay. A perfect retreat and we will definitely be back soon.
