Beachfront holiday rental in Llŷn Peninsula

All we wanted was to be in a nice clean space with stunning views of the sea.We definitely got what we wanted as the beach house was immaculate and the quality of furnishings were excellent.The location is truly stunning and so peaceful. We can’t wait to return to this little piece of heaven.

We all agreed that this beautiful house was one of the best houses we have ever stayed in, location -stunning, comfort and facilities - superb, access to fantastic walks (Black Rock beach) or further afield drives like Portmerion or hikes up Snowdon. To have seaside and mountains in one week and amazing weather. Highly recommend this house, Patricia is super responsive and there is a local caretaker if needed.

The easiest 5 star review! The view is exceptional and worth every penny. Everything was amazing, very well equipped and thought out, immaculately clean and a real home away from home! We have fell in love with this area and can’t wait to return soon!

We loved our stay. It’s particularly lovely with the lighter evenings as the view from the upstairs lounge is stunning. It’s very peaceful but only 10 mins from Caernarfon.

The house was perfect for our needs. It is clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy and having 2 bathrooms is an asset with 2 young grandchildren! The garden is secure and has a great view. A great bonus was being able to park 2 cars in such a central location. Barmouth is right on the doorstep and is surrounded by many beautiful spots. The hosts were lovely and helped make our stay fantastic. Thank you.

Another wonderful break at The Lookout. We stayed in the Lower Deck apartment this time which was perfect for the two of us. Spotlessly clean, great shower and very comfy bed! Amazing views out to sea and everything you need just on your doorstep. The hosts provide you with a parking permit for your stay so that you can park literally opposite the apartment, so very convenient. Excellent communication from the hosts, Jules and Lisa, from the minute we booked until check out. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Lookout and can’t wait to return again. Such a beautiful little cottage! Location is just amazing, right on the beach with amazing views. The cottage was spotless with everything you could need for your stay. Beautiful walks surround the cottage and it's a 30 minute walk to the Ship Inn and the Boat house for really good food. The swing seat overlooking the bay was a real bonus. Mags was so welcoming and friendly and available if we needed anything. The cottage is so peaceful, quiet and relaxing and we will definately return!

Lovely large bungalow, clean, spacious, home from home. Well equipped with everything you need and a secure garden for our dogs too. Location is great for getting around and pub and takeaways on the doorstep. Stunning beach at the bottom of the road. and lovely area. You will not be disappointed, we will be back.

A great caravan in a perfect, quiet location on the site, really close to the beach path making it a peaceful spot with lovely views! The caravan had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the outside space is great for children & pets. Parts of the caravan could do with a little TLC but nothing that bothered us too much during our stay, check in was very easy and good communication with the owner- we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Good location to explore North Wales. Plenty to do on site too..

A perfect retreat for a perfect weekend of beautiful views - with all you could need and more - sitting c watching the fishing boats go out and come in to Ann’s pantry that’s in the village - super lovely staff that put a smile on your face as soon as as you enter and the food is amazing - well worth a bite to eat or a tea and cake - we had a beautiful time there and the apartment is a 10/10 - thank you Laura for being g such a beautiful host and allowing me and Amanda to stay in your epic place - best wishes ✌️❤️

We stayed here over February half term as a family get away of 12 people. The house was warm, cozy and inviting. It was like being at home. The upstairs lounge with views over the sea was a real show stopper! 10-15 minute walk to the beach and stunning views all around. Hosts were great with sorting a heating issue before we even arrived, great communication. Would highly recommend, and will be revisiting in warmer months to enjoy the pool.

Great place to stay for Snowdonia national park, beaches and Portmeireon. Quiet time of year for our stay. Well stocked kitchen and great instructions for bathroom use.

Great place to stay close to the beach lots to do kept the kids busy.

Just arrived home from a Monday to Friday stay during the Easter holiday. The lodge was just as described and we really enjoyed our stay :)

A beautiful house with a wonderful welcome gift which was much appreciated. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Location was perfect for exploring and visiting the area. Beautiful surroundings. Cafe Braf right opposite was great, shop next door also. Beach a few steps from the property. Deb kept in contact and responded quickly to any questions. I’d highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return.

Had a great stay at Karen’s place, explored Llandudno. The apartment was great to relax and chill out after our adventures and will be returning in the future! :)

The place was magical and knew I’d miss it before I even left. The location on the estuary is so dreamy. Walkable to Barmouth for supplies. The place felt incredibly private. Really enjoyed slowing down the pace of life and always pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view from the living room. Lovely bunch of flowers on arrival and plenty of logs for the wood burning stove.

Lovely old cottage in the perfect location. Sea views from the lounge and one of the bedrooms. The large patio area is secure and sheltered, a real sun trap. The wider garden is large and generally secure, although our dogs would jump over the wall if they saw something to chase!!
