Holiday rentals with a balcony in Llevant

Our visit was very nice. You have to walk up a small mountain, but you have a more beautiful view. So that was no problem for us without a car. In the surroundings you can make beautiful walks for the sunset. The kitchen was very well equipped, there are good knives, large selection of utensils and two cutting boards. We had a tea towel for a week. There was also a hair dryer in the bathroom as well. Unfortunately, we had an unwanted visit of scattered cockroaches, which were easy to cope with the existing bug spray. Cockroaches are not uncommon for this region and otherwise we did not have any problems with the apartment (also no bed bugs as it says in previous reviews). Clear recommendation!! Great value for the money:))

Just returned home from competing in Ironman Mallorca. I don’t think I could have found a more central location. Overlooking the swim start and on the course. Let alone 100m from transition. Also the apartment is amazing

We had a very pleasant and beautiful week in the accommodation with our small child. The nearby coves were the highlight.

Very nice and direct. There were small complications with the electricity bill, but these were quickly discussed and clarified. I'd love to come back to this accommodation.

The homeowner was friendly, helpful, very easily accessible and problems were solved immediately! We were grateful for that. The turnaround was maintained by the homeowner the week we were there (pool, lawn, terrace). The location is in a local neighborhood and the surrounding area is beautiful and quiet. The bus station is close, with prices to Palma, for example, being more expensive than by taxi (especially for large groups). Also conveniently accessible by rental car or scooters etc. The kitchen is equipped with enough utensils to cook in the house. There are plenty of shower towels available. Kitchen cloths would make a few more sense.

Beautiful villa in the middle of town yet with enough space to feel like you could be in the hills…very close to plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.

We enjoyed our stay at the house very much. We were 8 people and it was comfortable that two of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms and there is a third for the other two rooms to share. The upstairs bedroom doesn't have a door, so it should definitely be used by those who go to bed the latest and get up the earliest. It didn't bother us, but might be a good information for other guests. The communication with Raphael, who was our local contact, was very nice and easy going and he always responded quickly when we had questions. The kitchen has a good size, a good bread knife was missing though :-), but other than that we got by quite well. There are no neighbouring houses nearby, which is very nice. The pool has a good size. It was just a bit cold in mid October, but that's not the host's fault :-) and our kids still enjoyed to plunge in the water. There were people looking after the pool twice a week. The ocean was quite warm still (warmer than the pool). The beach is in walking distance and very nice. You have to be good on foot though to get there. It's not far but it involves some climbing. Also in October the sun isn't able to dry the sand anymore, so lying on your towel always ends in it being wet whether you went swimming or not. However, you don't have heaps of people and the water and the scenery are fantastic. The village is very small. There are no shops and very few restaurants (we didn't like the Casablanca, which was the only place open in autumn). However, the next village Colonia San Pere, is very pretty. Also small, but with several grocery shops and restaurants along the seaside.

Choose this one, you wouldn’t regret it 😊

We were there as a family with three children and felt completely comfortable. A great house with everything you need for a nice vacation. By car you can make many excursions from there, also the beach and shopping are nearby. Definitely recommend.

This is a lovely holiday home in the countryside right outside Palma. The house is across the street from a bus stop which makes getting into Palma very easy and taxis would still also drive out to this location too. There’s a little cafe and restaurant across the street. The house is spacious and unique. Both bathrooms are downstairs so be aware for people in the two rooms upstairs. Kitchen has the basic necessities and it was easy to make meals. The hosts were extremely responsive to inquires and few issues (WiFi and hot water) right at the start of our stay which were immediately resolved and then we had no other issues the rest of the trip. Be aware that tourist tax is collected in cash at the start of your visit and there was also a cash payment for electricity use on the last day.
