Our stay in Mallorca was nothing short of perfect. The home is beautifully decorated with impeccable taste, every detail felt thoughtful and intentional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The outdoor space was a true highlight, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We felt completely at ease and at home throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautifully curated setting.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Mallorca with our 18 month old child. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The host and her husband were incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, and the home itself had such an inviting feel and views. Each area and room felt part of a history film. Just beautiful! It was perfect for families, there were books, board games, a high chair, and even a fully equipped kitchen for the nights we chose to cook at home. The daily visits from the friendly cleaning lady kept everything spotless, which was such a treat! The location was ideal, peaceful and quiet, yet just a short 5 minute walk to great restaurants, shops, cafés, and bars. And the views were absolutely spectacular, especially at sunset. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Mallorca!

One of the best villas I’ve stayed at, beautiful location and will be back again

We spent 5 wonderful days in this fantastic villa – surrounded by peace, nature and sun. It was just perfect to really switch off and let your mind wander. The villa itself is very clean and lovingly furnished – a place to feel good. It is a bit remote, so a car is definitely an advantage to get to the beach or the nearest town. For couples who simply want to enjoy, relax and get away from everyday life, this is the ideal retreat. A big thank you also to our hosts Laura and Luis. The two are incredibly warm, gave us many great tips and were always there for us. We really highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking from the outdoor areas and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The style of the villa and the space was great. Laura communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. The extra touches of wine in fridge, bakery delivery on last day etc. was unexpected and much appreciated. Overall we loved our stay, thank you Laura.

This was a beautiful residence. Will definitely be returning. The view is incredible and it has everything you need for a peaceful retreat.

Just got back for a week stay. 2 young children and grandparents and it was honestly perfect! The property itself is fantastic with separate loving spaces that allowed you to get space if you needed. The outside was amazing. The pool one of the largest pools we’ve had, a hot tub, sandpit for the kids (and a sauna but we didn’t use that) The pool table was a great extra touch and there was plenty of outside seating I. A spacious but private garden. Toni was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. And there is a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this place and would happily return.

Three of us spent a good week in the finca and enjoyed the time. Great location outside of Arta, 5 minutes by car from Arta. Everything was sparkling clean, the house very comfortable with spacious bathrooms and pleasantly warm even in the still cool season due to the underfloor heating. This is not self-evident for similar houses/fincas. Kitchen is super well equipped. The pool is clean and nicely laid out, but was not used by us (!), but was still a little chilly. The sauna is heated with wood and needs at least as advertised. 4 hours to heat up. Offers space for 4 people safely comfortably. Communication with Inken was always very straightforward, Inken always responded quickly. Minor issues were quickly resolved. The technology of the entrance gate didn't always work right away, but should be replaced soon. I can recommend the finca without restrictions.

It was a peaceful, quiet, exactly what we required after days spent touring the region. Well away from noise and activity of normal holiday accommodation.

A really beautiful, laid back place! It was very clean and absolutely practically equipped, right in the nature. The hostess was always available and very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastically beautiful finca! The house is very well maintained, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The large pool and barbecue area are particularly noteworthy – perfect for relaxing days and cosy evenings. The landlord was always available and immediately helped in person with questions or minor problems. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We can absolutely recommend this finca and will be happy to come back!

The house is secluded on a hillside with magnificent views towards the sea. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and in the large kitchen we found a basket with fresh fruit and vegetables - a great start to the holiday. Although the pictures in the listing do not show it, the house has a private driveway and is far away from other houses. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. The pool was very well maintained and offered plenty of space for play and fun with our son. Since the windows do not have shutters, it can get hot in the upper rooms - there is no air conditioning. We were lucky that a light wind blew in the evening and at night, so we could sleep well with the window open. All in all, a great place to stay. We'll be back. All

The house is wonderful according to the advertisement, very well equipped & the outdoor area with pool & seating is fantastic. We enjoyed the time very much & got to know Margarita as a very pleasant hostess. The location is somewhat secluded, a car is necessary - but this gives the advantage of absolute peace & privacy. We were thrilled and highly recommend the Airbnb.

A wonderful accommodation that is highly recommended. We were very warmly welcomed by Gus and his wife, although we were only able to check in very late. Also during the stay, Gus was very attentive and inquired about our condition and gave us information with a quick response time. The house is tastefully creatively furnished, is very comfortable and cozy. A highlight are the three terraces, which we all regularly used and enjoyed. The accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest. Birds can be observed all day, with the hoopoe and nightingale also being heard constantly. A few metres from the house is the large natural sandy beach, where we could take beautiful barefoot walks and go swimming. The surrounding area offers very nice hiking opportunities on the coast and in the mountains. We liked it very much....!!!

Victoria was a spectacular host! Any questions or concerns we had was promptly handled. She made sure we were happy all throughout our stay! Would highly recommend booking with her and staying at this beautiful house! There were plenty games and activities at the house to keep our group busy + entertained.

A house that is more than just a place to stay... it is a place that inspires, slows down and makes you happy. From the first moment, we were enchanted... The furnishings are not only beautiful, but designed with so much flair for aesthetics, harmony and comfort that you immediately feel at home. Every detail is right, everything is well thought out and lovingly designed and there is absolutely nothing missing. The garden? A green oasis like a dream. Absolute silence, birds chirping, gentle leaves rustling and an outdoor shower, a bathtub under the open sky and beautiful places to start the day barefoot in the morning or to end the evening with a glass of wine. We would like to highlight the wonderful care... so personal, attentive and loving as we have rarely experienced. We were greeted with small treats and felt welcome from the start. We can recommend it from the bottom of our hearts, 10 out of 5 stars! ❤️

We had a great stay at Justo’s place and Justo was an amazing host. He regularly checked in on us and also provided some great local tips. The place was very cute and nicely decorated, a perfect home base for our trip to Mallorca. It had all the amenities we needed including dishwasher and a washing machine. Thank you so much Justo, we had a wonderful time at your place!

An absolute dream right by the sea! The house was just perfect – with a breathtaking view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the cellar, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips on restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

The accommodation is a spacious and beautifully designed city house right in the heart of a charming small town. It's even larger than it appears in the photos, with a tasteful, modern interior that perfectly blends traditional stone elements of a finca with the comfort and style of a contemporary home. The rooftop balcony offers stunning sunset views over the rooftops, and the private yard with pool is a real highlight—perfect for relaxing, hidden from the neigbours‘ view. Within walking distance, you'll find a few friendly local bars and small supermarkets, adding to the authentic, relaxed vibe of the area. All in all, our expectations were more than exceeded. We had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this place!
