The Walkers Rest Gated onto National Trust Forest

The walkers rest is a self contained 1 bedroom annexe attached to our family home. With it's own private entrance, garden and hot tub. There is direct access to The National Trust Wenlock Edge Forest, with breath taking views, miles of walking trails, bridle paths and cycle routes. Much Wenlock is a 2 min drive or a short walk through the forest to quaint shops and pubs. Shrewsbury, Iron bridge, Ludlow, Buildwas Abbey, Church Stretton, The Wrekin are some of the places within a short drive.

Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Rural location in a small hamlet surrounded by rolling landscapes. Lake Vyrnwy is 5 miles away and offers beautiful walking, biking and access to the RSPB conservation areas. The property is finished to a high specification and has a separate garden with stunning views from the patio. Guests have their own access into the downstairs seating and dining area which leads to the well equipped kitchenette and shower room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and lounge area with beautiful views.

It has everything you need to retreat from the real world, whether it's for a cosy night in, in front of the log burner or a chance to sit and stargaze on the deck. There is an abundance of walks right from your doorstep, you're even lucky enough to have the Offas Dyke within a stones throw from the Cabin.

Hollybush Cottage is full of character with a garden and stream. It is surrounded by woodland and is 100m from Offa’s Dyke path with access to miles of beautiful walks, ideal for anyone wanting to explore Shropshire and mid Wales. It Sleeps 4, there is a kingsize bed and two singles in the second bedroom. Recently refurbished throughout with a new fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The sitting room has a log burner and QLED TV. Super fast fibre broadband throughout.

Our beautiful eco-friendly barn, set within Eryri (Snowdonia National Park), is a mix of traditional stone exterior and contemporary interior, within landscaped woodland gardens. We have 360° views of the mountains, and are near Dolgellau, Machynlleth, Coed-y-Brenin, Lake Vyrnwy and Cader Idris. Downstairs there is a lounge, kitchen and dining area, with a double bedroom and shower room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one double and a twin - and a bathroom.
