This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley, with views of Cerro Pedernal and the mountains. Rustic, cozy, with all basic amenities. Ideal for the solo artist or couple. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). Grandmas Ol'House is a cozy little house next to the main highway, and 10 miles from the Sipapu Ski Loge. There is also great places to go tubbing, hiking, and bike riding.
