First floor modern apartment situated on Carmarthenshire Coastal Path. 25 meters off Llanelli beach. The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower. Cosy spacious flat is ideal as a base to explore West Wales. The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use hence the reduced price. Ideal for 4 guests but can fit up to 5 if 2 adults, 3 children

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The studio flat with fantastic views over Cefn Bryn in a rural location. Upstairs the Lounge/bedroom gets both sun rise and sunset. Well equipped Let with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen. A short drive will take you to all of the Gowers fabulous beaches and the salt marshes where the ponies roam free. My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby.

A perfect starting point for exploring Gower and beyond, we offer a parking space right outside and are a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which offers routes to and around Swansea.

You’ll love my cottage because of the peaceful situation, newly fitted kitchen, comfortable living room with Sky TV, wifi, high quality beds, sheets and towels..Well behaved dogs are welcome at £10 each per visit, the garden is fully enclosed on all sides. Pembrey Country Park is 10 mins drive away. Bus and Train Station easy walking distance, so much to see and do you'll wish you could stay longer. Comfortable bed settee allows for children/friends to stay. Such a peaceful and relaxing hideaway needs to be seen to be believed. Loads of local pubs and restaurants.
