Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Cozy chalet on the edge of the lake

[Coin idyllique aux portes de Paris] Ce petit chalet en bord de lac date de 1984, il a été redecoré mais a besoin d'être rénové, c'est pourquoi je le mets en location afin de récolter des fonds pour les travaux. Tout est fonctionnel, il y a juste l'étage qui n'est pas accessible. Chalet situé dans une résidence privée avec un grand lac idéal pour se baigner et pêcher. Accès direct au lac depuis le jardin.
