Beachfront holiday rental in Livorno

We had a great time in Lido Di Camaiore. Iacopo's appartment is superb. Located one block from the beach (literally 2 minutes), it was ideal to walk to and from the beach. From the penthouse appartment, you have a great view on the Ocean and the beach. It's comfy with 2 full bathrooms and 2 large rooms. The pictures are representative of the appartment. Thanks!

Der direkte Zugang zum Strand war genial. Das Haus an sich war sehr spannend und man konnte spüren, was für ein geschichtsträchtiger Ort es ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Nachts sehr ruhig.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. Ottima la posizione dell'alloggio vicino al mare ed alla passeggiata. Ottima la pulizia. Eleonora è molto simpatica, gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

This was our second stay, and as before we were very pleased. Everything matches the description perfectly, and Stefano always makes sure you feel taken care of. We highly recommend this place if you want a comfortable stay at a minute´s walk away from the beach. Just perfect. Thanks!

Wir waren kurz vor der vereibarten Zeit beim Haus, direkt an der breiten Promenade und konnten das Auto in der blauen Zone abstellen. Daniela kam pünktlich und half uns freundlicher Weise das Gepäck ins Apartment zu tragen. Das Apartment ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet mit Induktionsherd und großem Kühlschrank, Prosecco und Obstschale inklusive! Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist wirklich toll, dafür nimmt man den Aufstieg durch das " schlanke" Stiegenhaus gerne in Kauf. Nach der Schlüsselübergabe fuhr Daniele mit mir in die Tiefgarage ums Eck, wo ich das Auto in einer eigenen Box abstellen konnte. Daniels freundlicher Einladung in das Srandbad seiner Familie in Marina di Petrosanto sind wir wetterbedingt nicht gefolgt. Wir haben Daniee als sehr fürsorglichen Gastgeber kennengelernt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch die Abreise mit Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar geklappt.

Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e prestativos, nos receberam muito bem, o apartamento é confortável, bem decorado, limpo, bem equipado com tudo que uma família precisa para passar ótimas férias a beira mar. A localização é perfeita, próximo ao mar, ao comércio que se pode ir a pé, ao calçadão de Viareggio, que é muito agradável para caminhar a qualquer hora, estacionamento para o carro é abundante, a proximidade de pontos turísticos de toda a Toscana (Florença, Pisa, etc..) e de Cinque Terre foi fundamental para nossas férias. Com certeza recomendo este anfitrião e este apartamento para estadia de férias.

Das Haus von Gaia ist bezaubernd. Es ist liebevoll, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr gut: man ist in 2min am Strand und kann viele Städte in der Nähe besuchen. (Pisa 30min, Florenz 90min) Gaia hat immer schnell geantwortet und uns mit Leckereien begrüßt. Wir konnten flexibel auschecken. Den Lärm der Hauptstraße hört man sehr. Den Außenbereich konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, weil zu viele Mücken unterwegs waren.

Excellent accueil, tjs réactif. Nous avons apprécié le logement avec la vue sur la montagne alpi apuane. Calme et proche des commodités et de la mer. Gare de train également mais il faut la voiture. Nous étions en WE pour les 5 terres : magnifique !

We chose this location as the first place to stay for our honeymoon trip and we really relaxed there. It was so quite, so calm, so intimate, it felt like home. The pool was clean, the view was amazing, so amazing that we preferred to prepare food or to buy something warm from the nearest Coop market and to eat it on our terrace than to go to a restaurant. The kitchen is small, you can prepare there only simple dishes. I totally recommend this house if you want privacy and a relaxing holiday.

Just a wonderful environment in and out of the castle! Our hosts were very helpful as they gave us local tips on food, travels, etc. Grazie!!

Ilaria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Ihre Wohnung ist wunderschön am Meer gelegen, der tolle Garten lädt zum entspannen ein. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sie hat uns sehr gute Tips für Restaurants und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar.

l'appartement est très bien situé . idéal pour 2 personnes . belle vue sur la mer avec ses deux terrasses . belles balades en bord de mer les plages sont accessibles à pieds . la piscine est un plus est très bien entretenue . un grand merci à Luca le fils de Michele pour les bonnes adresses de restaurants et les conseils pour les lieux à visiter

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Nur wenige Meter über die Düne und schon macht sich ein herrlicher Strand auf. Es gibt direkt nebenan schöne Standbars, in denen man den morgendlichen Cappuccino genießen kann. Das Appartement war liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details. Irgendwie war alles da, ob zum Kochen oder Utensilien für den Strand. Wir hatten 4h Stau bei der Anreise und konnten den Check-In nicht rechtzeitig erreichen. Trotzdem war Sharon für uns noch um 23 Uhr da. Das war super.

eine traumhafte Unterkunft mit Rundumblick in die Berge. Gioconda hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, die Atmosphäre ist außergewöhnlich. Wir haben uns willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Gioconda hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub ❤️.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Wir verbrachten rund eine Woche hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment liegt etwas abseits, auf einem großen ruhigen Anwesen mit schönen Wegen zum spazieren und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Es gibt zwar eine Busstation in der Nähe, ein Auto ist trotzdem empfehlenswert. Valerio ist super freundlich, antwortet flott und konnte uns gute Tipps geben. Das Apartment ist sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefreut hat uns der Willkommenskorb mit eigens angebauten Gemüse und selbstproduzierten Olivenöl. Wer etwas ruhiges abseits sucht und der Hitze etwas entkommen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Vincenza was a wonderful host—kind, attentive, and very responsive. The condo was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the promenade and nearby attractions. I truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at an Airbnb rental, and I've had a lot of experience with Airbnb. You can see from my ratings that Giovanni and Francesca have thought of pretty much everything. What doesn't come through in the ratings is the depth of thought and completeness of those things. For example, they provide, in advance, a digital copy of places to go and things to do, from restaurants to markets to venues like beach clubs and nearby places to visit. When you get to the apartment, they have printed versions of those guides in both English and Italian. They are by far the most complete and comprehensive guides I have ever seen. On top of that, they really make you feel at home and provide a level of service that is truly unparalleled in the Airbnb world. It's clear that they love being hosts. It shines through in every single interaction with them. I like to think that if I lived in Viareggio, Giovanni and Francesca would be friends.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus in Calambrone, Pisa. Der Check-in war super einfach – wir wurden vor Ort erwartet und freundlich empfangen. Das Haus sah genauso aus wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Der kurze Weg vom Haus zum Strand durch die Dünen war ein echtes Highlight. Barfuß, mit Badehose und Handtuch – mehr brauchte man wirklich nicht. Außerhalb der Saison war es angenehm ruhig, genau das, was wir gesucht hatten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die gute Erreichbarkeit von Pisa. Mit dem Bus waren wir in nur 45 Minuten dort und konnten einen wunderbaren Tagesausflug genießen. Ein kleiner negativer Punkt war, dass Airbnb die Adresse falsch mit Google Maps verlinkt hatte. Das war jedoch nicht Christys Schuld, sie hat das bereits reklamiert. Fazit: Wer Strand, Sonne und Kultur sucht, ist hier genau richtig.  Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen!

we had a great stay at Casetta. Close to the Pier and the public beach, as well as very nice private ones. The place was spotless and provided a very nice relaxing ambience after a day at the beach. I cannot recommend enough, and would definitely stay at Alessia's place again.

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.

Wir wurden von Sandra und Ettore sehr sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie hatten wunderbare Empfehlungen für ein "Bagno", (nur drei Gehminuten entfernt) sehr köstliche Lokale und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sandra bot uns sogar an, eine kleine Sightseeingtour durch Pisa mit uns zu machen und fragte uns bei unserer Ankunft, ob sie uns zum Supermarkt fahren solle. Das hat uns sehr gerührt und ist nicht selbstverständlich. Auch das sie sich zwischendurch erkundigte, ob alles in Ordnung ist und uns weitere Empfehlungen gab. Das Haus liegt super zentral und trotzdem absolut ruhig. Es eignet sich für einen Urlaub bestens. Es besitzt alles was man braucht. Der Innenhof ist zauberhaft und wir hatten, wie wir es uns erhofften, auch dort unsere Ruhe. Es ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren sehr dankbar für das Moskitonetz über dem Bett, das wirklich zu gebrauchen war. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Könnten wir mehr Punkte vergeben, würden wir dies tun.

Had an amazing time, 3 minutes walking from the beach. Surrounded by restaurants, grocery store, ice cream and more. Bus stop across the street. Would highly recommend for anyone single, couple or small family. Host was extremely helpful and friendly.
