Come stay in our super clean, cozy, newly remodeled, and private Old Town carriage house with unique outdoor kitchen! We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. Green House on Remington Street

The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

We truly believe these views are some of the best in Colorado! We offer plenty of entertainment. Play a round of pool in the game room with friends and family, watch a movie on our comfortable sectional couch or play some chess. Welcome to Shotgun Blue. This home is easily setup to provide for your temporary needs and make you feel right at home. Located minutes from the heart of Cheyenne, downtown, you will find historic buildings filled with local businesses that can provide for all your needs. Built in 1916 outside of FE Warren AFB for base housing. Ten years later, Shotgun Blue and it’s two sisters, located next door, found their permanent home. Shotgun Blue has an extra long driveway , too!

Short, scenic drive to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Fifteen minutes to CSU and Fort Collins. Screened in backyard patio with a fully fenced in yard. Full access to the entire, fully furnished home. Breakfast and snack items also included! Your home away from home while visiting Colorado.

Private, Friendly, Midtown Studio

Convenient mid-town Ft Collins location. Private, separate living space from our home, studio with with bathroom, mini-fridge, TV, and private entrance. Located at the end of a friendly cul-de-sac. Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)
