Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Η αυλή του το κάνει μοναδικό για χαλάρωση και γαλήνη ακούγοντας τον ήχο των κυμάτων και απολαμβάνοντας τη θέα της θάλασσας! Balcony to Karlovasi

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

Centrally located in Kokkari, a stone's throw from the cozy terraces, the beach and the picturesque harbor. It is a fully renovated traditional Greek cottage with an outdoor terrace at the front door in a cozy street. On the ground floor is the separate toilet room with washing machine, the bedroom and the spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. On the upper floor is the fully equipped kitchen, the lounge area with sofa bed and a roof terrace.

Endless Blue: A country house with a unique view

The house is located in the traditional village of Ampelos (23 km from Vathi, 14 km from Karlovasi) of Mount Karvounis. It is just a 3-minute walk from the village square and the nearest beach is 5 km away. It can accommodate 1-5 people as it has a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. It has accessibility from asphalt road and parking at the boundaries of the plot. Pets are allowed and it is ideal for excursions in nature.
