Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

*Reduced price due to construction site close by* Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The great kitchen with your adjoining living and dining area is the central element of the apartment. Each bedroom has a large double bed and a day bed. The two bedrooms each have their own newly renovated bathroom with spacious rain shower, stone floors and underfloor heating. The south-facing balcony extends to the entire width of the apartment.
