The cottage is located approximately 5 km from Litoměřice and is a great starting point for trips to the Bohemian Uplands and nearby Prague.

We offer accommodation in a modern renovated studio in a beautiful villa built in 1905 in a quiet part of Dubí. The studio is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The price is for the whole studio (max. 4 people). The villa is located in a large garden where you can sit with coffee. In the vicinity there is a climatic spa and ideal conditions for hiking, skiing, mountain biking and natural swimming. Watch the sheep grazing nearby. A bird sanctuary with more than 60 species of birds. Your stay helps us bring the romantic ruins of Skrytín Manor back to life.

Treehouse Úlovice

Wellness stay/glamping in the treetops. Cozy, comfortable and fully equipped Treehouse Úlovice is located in the picturesque nature park Džbán above a small village. It is built on a slope on massive beeches and hornbeams, which provide a solid foundation for both the residential part and the large terrace. There are only 6 steps to the Treehouse, but the terrace is about 7 meters high. You can get here by forest road. Parking is provided for free for guests and then you will have only 350 meters to the house.

Upstairs there are 2 rooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed for three people and a toilet with a sink. In front of the cottage there is a pond that belongs to the cottage, in the garden there are plenty of fruit trees and beautiful seating.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.
