We offer accommodation in a modern renovated studio in a beautiful villa built in 1905 in a quiet part of Dubí. The studio is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The price is for the whole studio (max. 4 people). The villa is located in a large garden where you can sit with coffee. In the vicinity there is a climatic spa and ideal conditions for hiking, skiing, mountain biking and natural swimming. In front of the cottage there is a pond that belongs to the cottage, in the garden there are plenty of fruit trees and beautiful seating.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.
