Highly recommend! My cousin and I shared David’s AirBnB while we were in town for a funeral. We were sooo grateful that we had this charming and comfortable home away from home to come back to after all the family gatherings. It was exactly what we needed - peaceful. We really enjoyed the back porch - watching the birds and bunnies in the big, shady yard. The beds are comfortable and the space was just right. David was very friendly and offered an early check in.

Place is at a great location it’s very cozy and clean. Most importantly top top top host. If I could I would give 10 stars she went above and beyond to help me in every single way possible. Amy is so sweet so responsive and responsible it’s unbelievable. Have been to lots of airbnbs and interacted with lots of great hosts but Amy is something else. If you are reading this do not look any further. You have my word.

We loved our stay. The house was just minutes from Simmons Arena, and there were plenty of great food choices within a few blocks. Christina was very attentive to our needs and stocked the house with lots of nice touches. We would definitely stay again!

Jennifer was a great host. She had many suggestions for places to eat. The house was beautiful and just as described in the listing. The area was walkable and had many historic homes and a park. We felt safe there. Please be aware that there is a fire station a couple of blocks away so occasionally there were sirens in the middle of the night. Otherwise the Mills-Davis House was wonderful and Jennifer is a fantastic host.

Really nice & clean duplex in a very convenient location that's a quick drive to everything. Easy check-in and great communication by hosts. Would definitely stay at again.

Nice home out of home!

This place was perfect for our needs! The space is maximized. The bathroom has some amenities and the kitchen is fully ready to use! The walls are very thin, however the neighbors were all very quiet. The neighborhood is peaceful and the pizza place downstairs is amazing! 🤩 Be aware this room is not very accessible. It’s on the second floor and there is no elevator. Also, the parking lot is across the street. So there’s a bit of walking/climbing involved. Nothing too difficult, we managed with our bags. And, for the price, it’s hard to beat!

Kris was beyond phenomenal to my family & accommodated our needs more than I could have ever asked for. The place was just as described and immaculately clean. 1000000 stars if I could! Book here! You will NOT be disappointed.

My son stayed at Darren's place while visiting the University of Central Arkansas. Darren was helpful, flexible and friendly. His place was a great value and in a location that was very convenient for us. We would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our long holiday weekend at Chris's condo. We spent the majority of our time there on the covered balcony taking in the views and watching storms come and go over the lake. The king bed was very comfortable and the space was perfect for a couple. Easy check-in and Chris was very responsive to any message we sent.

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was spotless and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The full-size fridge and well-stocked kitchen was a major plus. There was even a coffee maker with coffee provided. We appreciated the garment steamer and the variety of cleaning products on hand. It’s clear the host thought of all the little details. There were plenty of towels, lots of natural light, and great directions that made getting there really easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

It was our first trip to Arkansas. We loved the place, it was very relaxing for me. The pool was nice too! Martha responded quickly and also made sure my husband had a place to park his boat. We will definitely be back!

The view alone from the couch or the back porch while enjoying morning or evening coffee was just the best. You are right on the water and it was stunning! It was very private and quiet during our stay with was just what we needed. We walked the boardwalk and to the pool which was so nice. My husband fished from the back porch. The king bed was five stars- slept great! All positives from us! We will definitely be back again!

We had such a great time staying in Carrie’s place and she was extremely accommodating. It’s so close to everything you would want to see without being smack dab in the middle of the tourist area. We wanted to try squeezing in a trip to the bath houses the last morning we were there unaware of how long it would take and Carrie gave us a couple hours extra to check out which we really appreciated.

Brittany’s place was absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy. There were extra dog bowls for pets as well. The view from the window was so pretty. Brittany gave very clear directions and instructions on how to get there and how to get inside. She was very responsive and answered all questions I had. 10/10 would recommend!

Not only was Murphy an incredible host, the property was pristine! What an amazing view, updated and incredibly clean condo. We cannot wait to book again. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb vacation rentals - most have been really great, but Amy’s condo was simply perfect. She has thought of everything - beach towels, sun screen, lovely robes, a welcome tray of goodies, a fully stocked coffee bar .. literally everything we wanted was at our finger tips. Amy even went so far as to leave adorable cake pops for my friend’s birthday!! The condo was immaculate and smelled so nice when we arrived! The back deck has comfortable furniture where we enjoyed a glass of wine each night. The condo is right next to the pool (super clean and quiet) which was really convenient. Amy was the most responsive owner I have ever dealt with - when we had an issue with accessing a streaming channel, she immediately responded and resolved the problem! You will not be sorry if you rent this adorable condo - it’s magic!
