We had a great stay! The place was immaculate - spotless and well maintained. It had everything we could possibly need, which made everything super convenient. Just a short drive to the beach & pool, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The ocean view is so beautiful! We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the view and sound of the ocean waves. The jacuzzi was fabulous and melted all stress away. What a fantastic vacation!

The apartment was beautiful, super clean, the bed was very comfortable and the views of the ocean were spectacular. This place was like a little paradise away from home. Donna and Bobby were very responsible for providing a clean, comfortable, and well maintained space, as well as offering excellent communication. We can't wait to go back to this little paradise away from home.

This was our first time staying here and we were so impressed with the whole experience starting with my contact with Stacey. She was quick to respond and was very informative. The unit is beautiful, the views from the balcony were amazing, and the resort was incredible. We are hoping to make this our new go to vacation spot. We had the best week ever staying here.

I've stayed in many airbnbs and she was one of the best host I've had. her response time was immediately. the location was perfect just as she described. good restaurants within a 3-minute walk and the beach was a 4-minute walk away. the living quarters had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. I come to Myrtle Beach at least two times a year and from here and moving forward this is going to be the place I choose to stay. she she gets my business every time I come to Myrtle Beach.

Very quaint beach house, about three blocks from the beach. It is definitely walkable. There were people out walking dogs, jogging, riding golf carts and even roller blading. The house was great. I have some minor back and neck problems, and for us, the beds were not good. If you have similar issues, a couple of inflatable air mattresses might be a good bring along. Other than the mattresses, I have no complaints. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with all the basic cookware and utensils you need. The location was private, quiet, and pretty clean. There was a little residue on the floor- not like it had not been mopped, but like maybe the mop needed to be rinsed and one more pass made. I dropped something, so I wiped the floor with wet paper towel. I wiped up my food I dropped, and a little dirt as well. 😀 Not a big deal for me, considering proximity to the beach and the amount of sand that probably gets dragged in there. Overall, our stay was wonderful. We want to come back!

Andrea's place was fabulous. Everything was easy to find, and we had everything we needed. The bathroom is what makes it or breaks it for me, and this one made it. Thanks for everything, we will definitely book again!!

First let start off by saying WOW!! Susanne was super nice, after driving 17 hours we were extremely exhausted and due to arrive 4 hours earlier than check in. I messaged her t and requested an early check in and she responded quickly and allowed us to check in early. The house was immaculate, bathroom and kitchen was super clean and well stocked with amenities. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. My only complaint if you want to call it that is, I wish there were blackout curtains in the bedroom. But that’s more of a personal preference than an issue with the house. There’s no doubt that I will absolutely be coming back to Susanne again.

The property is wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would certainly choose to stay here again. Please note that guests are expected to bring their own supplies, including essentials such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, as well as cooking basics like salt, pepper, oil, coffe, napkins, and paper towels. While the kitchen is very well equipped with cookware, an air fryer, toaster, and other appliances, no starter groceries or toiletries are provided. Aside from that, the location is quiet, pleasant, and highly recommended.”

Everything was great, thankful for the elevator and free parking. We didn't spend much time on the beach, this was a work trip unfortunately. We did however greatly enjoy the balcony overlooking the beach and a very strong wifi signal.

checking in and out was extremely easy. I was happy to see there was a passcode to get in rather than a key, and the stay was very cozy.

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is nicely decorated, the bed is comfy, and the view from the balcony is great. We felt right at home. The kitchen is great and the hosts leave spices, which is great for cooking (many hosts don't provide spices). Check-in was fast and easy, and the parking is spacious. When we arrived we were met with little gifts, a bottle of wine, and snacks in the kitchen for us. Bob and Anne were very attentive and nice. They put together a great local guide with coupons for restaurants and even massages. The building has ok amenities, (pools and gym fine, jacuzzis a little old) but the highlight are the restaurants in the area - from delicious seafood buffets to incredible international cuisine restaurants with amazing atmosphere. Even in the Winter it was a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our little vacation here and would 100% come back.

Guys!! If you don’t book this place you will be doing yourself a disservice! It’s absolutely beautiful! It’s updated, clean, spacious and has all the things you would need away from home ( toiletries, trash bag, hair dryer, dishes, pots/pans, etc) directions are very easy to follow, place is spacious and quiet. Beautiful view of the ocean! It’s close by shops and restaurants, not a far drive from supermarkets or Starbucks 😂🥰. You have access to a game room, like 15 different pools plus hot tubs, guys seriously book it! They also have breakfast and a bar, which we didn’t go to personally but the drinks and food looked amazing! Will definitely book Carlo’s place if it’s available next time I take a trip to Myrtle Beach, it was like penthouse status without the penthouse price!

If you looked up the definition for a perfect host, Tracy would surely come up as a result. She was very responsive, friendly flexible, and always willing to help. Tracy was always willing to accommodate and ready whenever we needed. Love coming to Sunset beach knowing that there’s a place just around the corner from the beach access is perfect. or definitely Tracy’s place a regular spot to come and relax.

The home was nice and quiet. It was decorated nice and felt like I was home. I would highly recommend staying.

We enjoyed four oceanfront days. The photos were accurate. We did not have a car and walked to the market and restaurants. The building was well designed and we did not hear our neighbors. Can't wait for a return visit.

Had a great stay; just about everything was as described or better and a very good value for the location and size. Jon communicated well and responds quickly. At the time of our visit there was a slow leak from the unit above that made the secondary bathroom slightly uncomfortable, but far from unusable. Overall I would book again and recommend to others.

The pictures were spot on, I just thought it would be bigger than it looked. That’s on me, not the place. We had a very enjoyable stay and loved the elevator and convenience to beach. Very nice stay.

This trip is what I needed. Exactly what the pictures posted. The balcony was so peaceful. I would definitely stay here again no doubt about it. Next reset getaway here. Barely moved my car. I loved it
