Absolute and Elsewhere are two adjoining cottages created from a recently restored Grade 2 listed farm building on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Lullington. There are 24 houses, a 12th century church, no street lights and footpaths through open countryside in every direction. The village adjoins the Orchardleigh Estate - a popular wedding venue, 3 miles from the market town of Frome and 12 miles from the cultural centre of Bath. Longleat is about 15 minutes away, Stonehenge about half an hour.

From the foundation of a blacksmith the smithy is a 2 bedroom house. With double height spaces in the living area and the downstairs bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe. Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath and another double bedroom. It is very close to Longleat, Nunney Castle and the neighbouring town of Frome along with the city of Bath is a half hour drive away.

Apple Tree annex is a self contained space with the host’s house next door. It is a quiet location with easy parking, 12 to 15 minute drive from Longleat Safari Park. Plenty of outside garden space. The beds are in the same room, so ideal for a family. Dog friendly- maximum of 1 dog.
