"L 'atelier du vieux Gavin" This is a very charming house (4 persons) located in a vineyard dedicated on the production of Cognac (and pineau). Completely refurbished this year.. 2 en suite bedrooms (1 bedroom with queen size bed). 1 fully equiped Kitchen, a large terrace.. Very calm place... near to the forest and close to the vineyard. Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.
