The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Studio centre-ville, 5 mn de la gare à pied, parking gratuit gare. Très bonne prestation, super équipé, refait entièrement à neuf, au RDC, fond de cour au calme et sécurisé. Couchage 2 personnes, 1 vrai lit queen size matelas à mémoire de forme. Appart non-fumeur. Arrivée entre 15h et 19h. Possible d’arriver en dehors de ces horaires mais avec un supplément. SDB : Douche italienne 120x70 Toilettes séparées. Chambre : Lit 160x200, TV 50’’ Placard de rangement, Fenêtres avec volets électriques.

You will be 2 steps from the entrance to the magnificent Parc de la Tête d'Or, easy access, the accommodation is a 23-min walk from Part-Dieu train station, and 13 min by bus!

Wake up to the view of the Fourvière Cathedral from this authentic Lyon apartment. Its solid wood flooring, fireplaces, high ceilings and refined decoration make it very friendly and welcoming. Located on the first floor with elevator you have views of the beautiful Basilica of Fourvière. Located on the Presqu-île, in the very centre of Lyon, this apartment is ideal 5 min walk from Hôtel de Ville metro station, bus at the foot of the building

Village house "Les Marronniers"

Enjoy this elegant stone village house, ideally located in the heart of Anse, close to shops and transport. You will be less than 30 minutes from Lyon by train, which is not far from the accommodation. You will be in the heart of Beaujolais. Walking or cycling along the banks of the Saône is two minutes from the doorstep. Numerous activities are possible not far from the house, such as an aquatic center, a body of water, gym, mini golf, etc.
