In the countryside, in an outbuilding of my property, this 70 m2 accommodation on 2 levels has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 spacious adjoining bedrooms, baby kit and a large outdoor area with private terrace of 80 m2 and parking. It is less than 10 minutes from the A71 and A89 highway junction, exit 12.1 Combronde and all amenities. This place is air-conditioned, non-smoking and pet friendly.

The Sioule River is in front of our house. You can also walk and cycle in the beautiful surroundings. The Puy de Dôme is 45 minutes away by car. There are many beautiful villages in the area with markets and entertainment. I am sure you will enjoy it.

Outside you can enjoy the sun terrace, with a view over the meadow where the horses graze. The gîte is in a rural location, but a short distance from a restaurant, supermarket and the highway, A71 (10 minutes).
