Originally used for the repair of mining carts, it was renovated with a sense of aesthetics and ecology by the project of Ing. Arch. Eliška Turanská for original loft housing. Thanks to this sensitive approach, the accommodation in the Depot has retained its GENIUS LOCI, which is enhanced by the stained glass window of Katka Pokorná, or in the decommissioned mining "huntík" from Hodruša Hámrov.

Bathroom with shower and toilet + another separate toilet. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. There is a fireplace in the living room. Summer terrace with barbecue available. The surroundings provide plenty of hiking opportunities in both summer and winter.

You have an entire fully equipped cottage in a pleasant environment at the foot of Malá Fatra. It is located 9 kilometers from Terchova and 12 kilometers from Žilina. There is fiber internet on the hut. Nearby is the hiking trail to Malý Kriváň. In season, you can season black and red currants, blueberries, raspberries, gooseberries, peas, strawberries, plums, apples, herbs, etc.
