K dispozícii je aj uzamykateľný suterén pre uloženie vášho vybavenia alebo bicyklov. Vlastné parkovisko a priestranná terasa s prístupom k rieke a možnosťou opekania na otvorenom ohni. Okolie poskytuje množstvo turistických možností v lete i v zime.
