The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The ONE ROOM flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Optional breakfast price €10 per person. Lunch and evening meals €12. “Less is more” – this is one of the golden rules for good design, from which we were guided by the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several hectares of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable garden and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is Ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry house.

House 9 on the river, Wartamündung National Park

120 km from Berlin in the Wartamündung National Park and the bird republic you will find this house. It stands on a large farm on which we also live. This unique place has a style all its own. The house is an open gallery house. There are no closed rooms except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace catches the sun's rays from spring to fall and is often used.
