Stock (mit Lift) und erstreckt sich über das gesamte Dachgeschoss (85qm) + 2 getrennt voneinander begehbarer Balkone (teils überdacht). Genießen Sie den ungetrübten Ausblick von den großzügigen Balkonen ohne Nachbarn oder störenden Einblick.

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Fully renovated in 2018, stunning new fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and blinds in every bedroom that keep the light out. Quality furniture and bedding throughout. Located in a safe and quiet area with parking and within 10 minutes to public transport. Danube bicycle and running path are located nearby. The apartment is child/family friendly and a non-smoking environment.
