We offer accommodation in villas right on the shores of Lake Lipno. The houses are luxuriously equipped, each has 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, 2 bathrooms with toilets, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a sofa, a fireplace and a veranda with a grill and outdoor furniture. The houses have underfloor heating, 3 TVs, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Our guests also have a free Jackson fishing kayak and an original outdoor Finnish sauna. We look forward to seeing you.

You’ll love my place because of the outdoor and indoor large space (private fenced garden), comfy beds, open plan kitchens, fireplace, spacious terrace with an outdoor sauna and large balconies with a lake views = basically home from home. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets) and it's only 500m from the lake Lipno and 250m from the nearest ski-lift @ Lipno ski-areal.

The spacious vacation home (200 m², 3 double rooms, 3 terraces) is surrounded by forest and meadows and is 1.5 km from the center of Gmunden. From all rooms you can enjoy the wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountain panorama. Walks, hikes and cycling tours can be undertaken directly from the house. There is also a free swimming area at the lake with table tennis, volleyball, paddle boats, etc. (12-minute walk, 1-minute drive). We have floor heating and cooling.
