We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is modern, cozy and super equipped – just like in the photos. Especially great was the terrace with grill and seating, perfect for relaxing family evenings. The area is quiet and green, ideal for unwinding. We felt completely comfortable as a family and enjoyed every minute. Communication with the host went smoothly. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!🥳🥳

It’s our second time staying here when visiting family who live locally and also skiing at the Feuerkogel. Accommodation is exactly as described, house is pristine.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sabine's place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos - it is very tasteful and lovingly decorated - we would move in here immediately. It offers a lot of space (there are four of us) and we didn't miss anything. We had breakfast - in the sunshine - in the garden. The house is very quietly located, which we particularly enjoyed. It was very clean! Sabine was flexible with check-in and the communication was great. We got a lot of tips and were very sorry we were only there for a weekend. However, we will be happy to come back :-)

Very nice place to stay, better than described. Very quiet location, modernly furnished and very spacious.

We enjoyed a lot! Perfectly located between Traun and Attersee. The courtyard is lovingly maintained and beautifully renovated. The owners are helpful and very friendly. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. Our kids and we felt very comfortable. Too bad we could not visit the in-house Heurigen in time. But we will be happy to return.

The property is far away from neighbors and in a very good condition. Especially the balcony is great to sit in the summer nights.

I was already allowed to be a guest in Sandra's accommodation for the second time and can also highly recommend this apartment. The apartment is as in the pictures, very well equipped, clean and the location quiet. It is easy to reach publicly and the check-in is super uncomplicated. Sandra is an extremely accommodating host and you immediately feel comfortable. Happy to come back for the next trip to Linz! :)

This was a wonderful apartment! Check-in was super easy and everything was well prepared in advance. The place is clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook and feel at home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable — we slept great. The view from the windows was absolutely lovely, especially in the mornings! It was such a nice touch to find books and even board games available for guests — it made the atmosphere feel even warmer. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

A perfect stay! We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The location is ideal – quiet but still close to everything you need and with a fantastic view. The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities you could want. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely hospitable communication: Beatrix and her husband were always available quickly and provided us with helpful tips for the area. We felt like at home and will definitely be back.

Super host. Even picked us up from the station. Everything you need is in the house , from the salt and plastic wrap , till the tv and hair dryer. Clean and quiet , in the City Center. Danke!

It is a modern 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen that met our expectations. We had to clear up a misunderstanding at checkin because the 2nd bedroom was locked on arrival, but we got access the same day. The sun blinds in the bedroom do not fully make the bedrooms dark, but it was only a minor inconvenience for us. Overall a great stay 😀

Great place to stay and wonderful hosts

We only had a few days to enjoy the peaceful and beautiful area around Altmünster, as well as the comforts of Susanne's apartment, but we left feeling really rested and happy. Would recommend! Communication with Susanne was clear and helpful; based on her recommendation, we rented a car which was very convenient, both to get around the area more easily and to avoid getting rained on. Despite the rainy weekend, we had beautiful views of the mountain from the apartment. The recommendations for dinner that Susanne has left in the apartment were all great; we definitely recommend the best Schnitzel in town in Gmunden. We also loved Wildpark Cumberland Grunau, it was lovely to walk around and see the wildlife and the mountains. We changed our plans to hike around only once because of the weather, but having a chill day in the apartment was also great. The apartment is comfortable and clean, just what we needed for a short getaway into the mountains. Thanks again to Susanne!

What a great place to spend the night, spacious home, lovely garden. Good beds and quiet environment. Only the car can't be parked at the property.

Our stay was very nice. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and has everything you need. The communication with Petra was great, she helped us with all open questions. The lake can be reached within about 5-10 minutes. The surroundings were very quiet and great for unwinding. All in all it was a very nice weekend and we would come back:-) Thank you Petra!
