Our apartment is perfectly located for people passing through, families with children (good destinations for day trips), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and holidaymakers. Privacy is guaranteed thanks to your own Airbnb access to the apartment. Local tax payable on site: €2.40 per day for adults Children up to the age of 15 are free. A great deal of emphasis was placed on making the space child-friendly.

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Our house is located directly on the Linz main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the main square 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is suitable for a business trip as well as for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. But the more beautiful the city is then. We are very happy to help with insider tips in a variety of cultural areas or help with coworking, etc.
