This design award winning detached property is surrounded by grounds which include a slope which may not be suitable for very young children. With stunning sea views, The Outlook is built into the hillside, access is via steps down from the road (or can be accessed via a steep path). Minutes from the Valley Gardens, on the beach path, close to the town centre; this is a beautiful spot. The Outlook sadly doesn’t lend itself well to those with mobility issues or very young children. Dog friendly.

Based in a small quiet village, we ask all our quests to respect our neighbours when outside and we do not accept stag/hens. Perfect for walks in the North Yorkshire moors, or staying in catching up with friends or family. Well behaved Pets are welcome at the cottage and there is private parking spaces for your convenience.

Just on the outskirts of the Victorian Spa town of Saltburn you are ideally placed within approx. 2 min in the car with all its' amenities or a short drive to the North Yorkshire moors and coastline. The lodge is nestled overlooking Skelton estates and the Cleveland hills and is home to rare breed sheep and poultry. The property benefits from private parking.

It’s ideal for family breaks, mini breaks and perfect for walkers. A free 2 hour high street parking disk is provided, plus free parking 6pm till 8am daily. Other times up to £4 a day.

Riverside Guest Annexe

Riverside guest annexe is in a secluded garden but is within 50m of Waterfall Park and Great Ayton High Green, with its shops, pubs, cafes, take-aways and Tourist Information. The annexe is attached to our house, but has its own entrance, patio, garden area and parking space. We can accommodate 2 adults comfortably, plus a third adult or up to 2 children on our pull-out and/or sofa bed. We provide bedding, towels and toiletries. No smoking or pets are permitted in the annexe.

A cheerful and relaxing terrace, located a stones throw from Guisborough town centre and within close and easy access to both the North Yorkshire Moors and the Yorkshire coast. The town itself has array of shops, pubs and restaurants for you to enjoy and explore. Newly renovated to a high standard with modern fixtures, The Beehive is equipped with everything you need to have a enjoyable and cozy stay in North Yorkshire. The house is decorated for Christmas period.
