This small, comfortable 235 sq ft efficiency apartment is Located on beautiful Mountaindale road just 3 miles back roads to Springfield Manor Winery and wedding venue Also located 1/2 mile below the Frederick Watershed With ride out and walk out to some of the best mountain biking, rock climbing and hiking in Maryland. A nice outside covered fire pit with plenty of wood and a tranquil creek across the street. no stove. There is a microwave, toaster ,hot plate for cooking & outdoor grill

Enjoy your stay in this fabulous pool house located in a quiet neighborhood. Relax poolside during the day and enjoy the outdoor bar and kitchen for cocktails at sunset.
