It’s perfect to enjoy the lake It’s easily reachable by bus and of course with your own car. The nearest airports are Malpensa, Linate, Orio al Serio and Lugano. The area is very close to Bellagio and other wonderful places of Lake Como like Lenno or Varenna and to famous villas such as Villa Melzi.

This sun-filled house with massive private garden in the Onsernone Valley's quietest village is a great place to get away from it all. The views of Italy from the pergola, balcony, and garden are breathtaking, as is the river 30 minutes hiking below the house! In 40 minutes you can be in Locarno/Ascona on Lago Maggiore. You can reach Centovalli and Valle Maggia in 30 minutes, and Lavertezzo in Val Vigezzo in 1 hour. There is a restaurant only 300 meters from the house.

The apartment is in a house of the 1800s that over the years has been renovated. It is a typical accommodation, equipped with a wood stove, the floors as the ceilings are made of wood. To access the bathroom there is a staircase. Separate entrance, garden with BBQ and pergola for grilling, the laundry room is shared with the other two apartments. We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggia Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at 1000 m altitude. The cottage is within walking distance and requires a two hour hike uphill. It offers everything for a cozy and restful stay. Looking forward to seeing you. Historisches Steinhaus Cà Lüina

In the middle of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley, lies the Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico. The three-hundred-year-old house was extensively restored in 2021-2024 with the aim of preserving its character. A lot of emphasis has been placed on the use of natural materials when renovating with local craftsmen. The house is very high quality equipped with a modern kitchen and a modern bathroom and has a great garden.

From here, in a few moments by bike, you can reach Locarno with its famous Piazza or the lakefront of Ascona, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners.
