In the immediate vicinity of lovely Furulunden and the many sandy beaches and Mandal city center with its charm and good dining places. (20 min by bike and 7 min by car) The area is peaceful and private, its own dock gives the opportunity for a day by the sea for sun and bathrooms at your own pace. Grilling on a gas grill or sitting outside under warm lamps in the evening are some of the possibilities if you want food and evening fun outside.

The house is right in the center of Mandal with walking distance to all amenities like shops and nightlife. Guests have access to a kitchen with all equipment, and otherwise all common areas. Welcome to our cozy apartment in the middle of the city. The apartment is 105 sqm and with a large sunny terrace. Centrally located with 50 meters to the Alti center, 300 meters to the cozy pedestrian street in the center of Mandal and 1 km to Furulunden and beautiful shorelines. Bed linen and towels can be rented. Preferably hosts families and adults, as this is an old protected residential area in Mandal. No smoking and animals allowed. Entrance on the backside of the house. Cleaning upon agreement.

Enjoy sunbathing,boating,fishing, a tour in the forest,sauna or grill outside with the view of the lake .We have canoe and a boat available for use.Use of Hot tub must be requested beforehand at a mininal cost.Its a typical norwegian tub using wood to warm up the water which is pumped up from the lake to the tub. A few minutes away from the river for those who have license to fish salmon from June to Sept.

Kristiansand is only 15 minutes away. The zoo/Sørlandssenteret is only 25 - 30 minutes away. Brand new home in 2023, with proximity to everything you need for a great stay in Sørlandet. Looking forward to your visit! I live only 5 minutes away and can therefore assist if there should be anything.
