A beautiful view of Cologne from the 27th floor

Very nice flat with balcony well-equipped in the center of Cologne near Barbarossaplatz. You will find a bus stop (buses and tram) in front of the building. The building itself provide bars and restaurants and nearby you'll find a supermarket that opens until midnight, cash machine and more restaurants. A modern elevator brings you to the 27th floor and from the apartment you will have a beautiful view over Cologne. A nice cot or crib can be carried without extra costs. Parking lot included.

Cosy apartment Cologne Sülz

Comfortable apartment close to the city centre. There's a metro station right around the corner. Within 15 minutes you'll be at central station / the Dom. The apartment is located in a big flat building in the cosy, local neighbourhood Sülz. There are plenty of nice restaurants, bars and coffee places closeby. I'd like to rent out my apartment from time to time while traveling. Some of my things will be in the apartment (e-piano, Playstation 5, kitchen machine) but feel free to use them.

The flat is located at Klettenbergpark. Public parking spaces in front of the building are always available free of charge. From the tram stop ‘Klettenbergpark’, you can reach the city centre, the cathedral, the main railway station, the philharmonic hall and museums in 15 minutes, the exhibition centre in 20 minutes. The tram (line 13) and bus stop (line 130) ‘Sülzgürtel’ can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. Shops, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance.
