Das 1 Zimmer-Apartment liegt im EG eines 2016 sanierten Altbau-Mehrfamilien-Hauses im schönen Köln Lindenthal, kurz vor dem Kölner Gürtel, Nähe Uniklinik. Trotz der zentralen Lage (Bus in die Innenstadt und Bahn nach Ehrenfeld nur eine Minute entfernt) ist es im Apartment ruhig, da es sich in einem Hinterhaus befindet. Das Apartment - früher Teil einer Schreinerei die zur Wohnung saniert wurde - besticht durch seinen Altbau-Charme, in Kombination mit einer stylischen, hochwertigen Einrichtung.

The apartment (55 sqm) is close to the beautiful Volksgarten in Cologne. Right outside the front door is the KVB line 12, with which you can reach Barbarossaplatz in just 3 stations and Rudolfplatz in 5 stations. From there you can take a direct train towards Cologne main station or trade fair. The apartment is perfect for 2-3 people (third person would have to sleep on the couch - comfortable topper available). I am happy to welcome you and am always happy to answer any questions!

Southtown of Cologne offers many café’s and various restaurants in all price categories in walking distance. Absolutely no parties allowed!

From the Klettenbergpark stop, which is a one-minute walk away, the city center (Neumarkt) can be reached within 15 minutes. Cologne-Sülz is one of the most popular districts, which is centrally/quietly located. The adjacent Beethovenpark invites you to stroll and jog. Please note that there is no cooking option! There is free parking in the street.

With hotel-like amenities, it is perfect for 2-4 people and is in a quiet, central location in the lively Sülz district. You sleep on a high-quality 1.80 m wide box spring bed. Originally, a small hat factory was located here, the upper floors of the house have always been used as apartments.
