Out on the balcony you can enjoy panoramic views of the fjord. Sleeping loft with space for 4-5 children or 3 adults. The loft also has a fantastic view of the fjord. Enjoy the nature and the views you get when you get up to the top of this newly built Microhouse. This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

Here you get access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, fishing opportunities and a boathouse with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pan and outdoor furniture. Outside the boathouse there is a large plot and a wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and animal friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.
