The apartment was fantastic! It had everything we needed, and no clutter! Beautiful furnishings, modern, simple and comfortable. Surprised by the unexpected gorgeous view of the Narrows bridge at night - what a great seating alcove to enjoy it! Easily walkable to the waterfront and restaurants. We have come to depend on Warren's on the Waterfront and Bucksport House of Pizza over the past few years of visiting - this trip did not disappoint, the pizza and sandwiches are still top notch! We were here this time for our son's graduation from MMA, and although we rented a larger home for the younger guests and West Coast visitors, we chose this one for us, as a place to get away from the chaos of the larger home. It was simply perfect. Kudos to your housekeeping, the apartment was spotless and so welcoming - especially after a 13 hour drive from Maryland. Even though our son has graduated, we will be back. We just love the area. Thank You!!!

A perfect spot to stay when visiting Bangor. The Phenix is right in the mix of things, but quiet and safe. We loved everything about it. One of our best Airbnb stays so far. It’s considered a boutique hotel, so has a different vibe than staying in someone’s home. We were on the fourth floor, so it was quiet and out of the way. Walking distance to some really great bars and restaurants. We had just come from Baxter State Park, so having access to laundry was a real bonus! We’d 100% recommend and would stay again.

We stayed in early June and had an absolutely wonderful time in Belfast. Michelle's place is in the perfect location downtown. We were able to walk to everything we needed in the area. We would love to stay again in the future!

Incredible, we really enjoyed staying at the sunrise deck, so incredibly home feeling and sweet for me and my wife’s honeymoon. We loved the extra care Lise took to bring gluten free snacks for my wife it was so sweet and thoughtful. We strongly recommend coming to stay here for Acadia or even the surrounding towns as well! Jake’s place had everything we needed and many extras as well! Easy check in process and close to where we needed to be. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again in the future if needed!!

Great location. Woke up to the sounds of birds. very responsive. I would have given it a 5 star all the way, David was amazing and responded in a very timely manner. But, the turn over service could have been much better. The previous guest left a wine bottle in the automatic fridge ice dispenser and it was unfounded until my family found a large peice of glass in their drink, serious hazard to drink glass. Should have been spotted by the turn over service but, who would check the ice maker for a bottle a wine? I understand that. Very uncommon and unfortunate for us. David responded in a very fast manner and gave us options to accommodate the situation. I would have left a 5 star if this was the only thing but everything was so unorganized in the kitchen, they had everything but nothing made sense to why it was there. Sink didn't drain. There were also stains on the sheets and a pizza box left by the fridge that wasn't ours. Little things but the turn over service was a let down.

Me and my friends loved this BNB!! The hot tub was amazing and the pool was an awesome addition. Instructions were clear and even called to walk me through everything. Plenty of places to sleep and loads of places to go!

We loved Rob’s place! So quiet and peaceful. It was exactly what we needed and wanted for place to come back to after hiking in Baxter State Park. Hot shower and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen. Large bathroom. Plenty of room to spread out all your hiking gear. Magazines, tour books and rental instructions laying right on the table as you come in. Beautiful view off the back porch. AND THE GYM!! Wow- what a great bonus! If we had to come up with a negative- the sleeping space could be a bit more comfortable. It is a full size bunk bed that is pushed against the wall. Not the easiest for 2 adults to share. However, it was clean and we were exhausted! Thank you Rob for sharing your place with us. What a gem it was!!

Gorgeous ocean views right on the water! Every room has gorgeous photography on the walls, the house was extremely clean, everything clearly laid out in the house manual. Sunrises and moonrises over the ocean were stunning and unbelievable. Amazing location, super close to Tidal Falls. Drive to Acadia was easy and it is a great spot in between the Schoodic peninsula part of Acadia and the Bar Harbor part.

We had an amazing time. TJ was very responsive and gave his secrets for fishing! He also accommodated a request that was an overlook on my part. I can’t say enough good things about the place itself or how nice TJ was. It was a phenomenal experience all around!

Great long weekend - the perfect “staycation” for relaxation. The walk down to the water was beautiful, the views are truly wonderful, location was awesome. Easy ride to the state park. Always nice to find a home where we can bring the dog, and have it be clean and well cared for! Hot tub did not disappoint.

The lakeside cabin was just what I needed. Quiet, private, and right on the water. My dog loved running in the yard and swimming in the lake. The cabin was comfortable with all the basics, and sitting on the porch watching the water was so relaxing. Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet.

Love this Condo. Superb location in Blue Hill Village, easily walkable to everything downtown. Modern and updated making it very comfortable. Well equipped with cleaning/cooking supplies so you can "live normally". The hosts are super responsive and helpful as well. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable quiet. Although you are right on the edge of a golf course, not many golfers around. Easy trip into town, took just a few minutes to get groceries at a well stocked supermarket. All very convenient. A decent restaurant right down the road (Kelly’s Landing) and the Dockside Inn and Tavern in town were the only two we tried and they were good. The apartment had a well outfitted kitchen, although we didn’t cook. WiFi pretty good, just a little lag if you are streaming a movie, but great for everything else. All in all, it was great for our 2 night stay.

The code to get into the condo was changed and delayed in updating on the website, but the host was extremely responsive and resolved the issue quickly. This is our 2nd stay at this property and both times were great experiences. This property is convenient and very quiet!

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and cozy! The host provided clear instructions for a smooth and comfortable stay. We didn’t want to be right in Bar Harbor, so this was the perfect distance between Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park/Schoodic Area. Would recommend!

This was our second stay here. Stayed last ski season. Although the mountain closed and we couldn’t ski we climbed Big Moose do bring so close was awesome. Although this place is old/dated it had everything we needed. The sleeping arrangements with each of the 4 bedrooms having its own bathroom was awesome. It was VERY clean. Funny it has carpet in the bathrooms but still clean. Great place for our group to hang out, play games, cook great dinners and enjoy a nice relaxing getaway.

What a beautiful location and house. There’s nothing better than sitting in the living room or front porch and being able to see the Belfast Bay. The house is very clean and neat. Beds are comfortable, shower is very hot. Don’t miss the sunrise in the mornings. Overall this is one of our favorite places we have stayed in Belfast.

This place was perfect for our family adventures! The kids enjoyed the games, ping pong, and pool at the office- when we weren’t out exploring. Randy was great, and made sure we were taken care of!
