Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

La Maison du Jardin est une charmante maison indépendante située dans le parc du Château de Moulède, Château de 1904 construit par Pierre Mathieu Bodet. À seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre ville d’Angoulême et à 30 minutes de Cognac, son emplacement est incontournable. Intérieur à la décoration soignée et confortable, elle dispose d’une literie de qualité et une penderie. La salle d’eau est équipée d’une vasque totem, un toilette et une douche.

Le Cosy is located within a farmhouse in Marange, a small village of Hiersac, in the countryside, while being close to Angouleme (- 20 min.) and Cognac (25 min.). But also to: - 1h 05 from La Vallee des Singes - 1h20 of the first beaches on the Atlantic coast - 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Zoo de la Palmyre, Futuroscope or Bordeaux - 1h40 from the Aquarium of La Rochelle or the Poitevin marsh We live there in the terraced house at Le Cosy.

This bright house of 60 m2 is located 350 m from the town hall square, 1.3 km from the SNCF station, 150 m from the cathedral and the museum. For a leisure or professional stay, take advantage of its interior courtyard, its large bedroom with a 180cm bed and all its amenities.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.
