The house on the shore is a spacious and comfortable apartment located on the sea in an elegant building from the 1920s of the last century. Just two steps separate it from the famous beach. It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. The slightly elevated position allows you to have a great view of the sea even when the cabins of the beach resorts in front are set up.

Il Sogno di GioEle is a tourist rental located in Borgo San Dalmazzo. It is a terraced structure consisting of 2 completely independent accommodations of about 40 square meters. The Luce Alpina accommodation CIN: IT004025C22A6M5VMQ is located on the First Floor and offers customers a fully equipped kitchen with sofa bed, a bathroom and 1 bedroom. The two accommodations share a laundry room with washer and dryer, a storage area and an outdoor patio with table and chairs.

We offer an entire apartment in Barolo, in our family house. The house is very close to the centre of the village, in quiet and panoramic position. The apartment includes a kitchen opening on a spacious living-room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (the two beds can be transformed into a double bed) and one bathroom. The price does not include the city tax which is 1,50 € per day per person, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
