Къщата е невероятна!Родителите на Леонидис ни посрещнаха с вода и сладкиши. Домът е изключително чист,подреден с много вкус и притежава всички удобства за незабравим престой. Намира се до тих и спокоен плаж, само на няколко крачки. Гледката от терасата към плажа ще помня още дълго време.Прекарахме си страхотно с моето пет членно семейство.Благодаря ви за чудесното изживяване. Надявам се скоро да се върнем при вас! Препоръчвам това място с цялото си сърце!

It is a very beautiful and peaceful place. If you are going there by car, there is a private park spot front of the house. Everywhere is so close by car from the house like beaches and Kavala city center. Hosts were really friendly and helpful. I can strongly recommend this place.

We liked the place immediately we saw it on AirBnb. All the photos and descriptions were accurate. When we came there we were really surprised how clean and fresh everything was. All the bedsheets were snowy white. We were surprised because it was really hot outside but inside the house the temperature was comfortable and we never used the air conditioner. There is everything you need for good family relaxation. We were with 3 kids and it was amazing. We loved the village with friendly people. It is possible to order fresh fish and it can be cooked or grilled. We recommend Ioannis Family House and hope to come again!

Popi - Ellies Mutter - hat auf die Bitte, ein Taxi zu rufen, umgehend reagiert! Das war super! Aber das beste war, jeden Morgen standen abwechselnd süße oder salzige Leckereien bereit! Genial! Beim nächsten Besuch in Kavala oder Umgebung werden wir auf jeden Fall bei Ellie/Popi als aller erstes anfragen!

Top notch location for sea lovers, its right on the beach, and has everything you might need. Water pressure is much better than in Thessaloniki:) We've stayed 5 days, 3 adults and 2 dogs and felt super comfortable with the car.

We had a really great stay. Thank you to Vassiliki who is a great host. She is very friendly and she made our stay very comfortable.. Also the location is great and in the old town with a nice view and quiet neighbourhood.

We just LOVED Dimitrios's place. The place was super cozy, clean, comfortable, well-equipped with decent WiFi, and plenty of space both indoors and out, to have such an amazing, quiet, peaceful stay. It was right on the water, and hearing the sound of the gentle waves during our stay was so relaxing. And Dimitrios was such a wonderful, kind host, responding very quickly to anything we needed and just being very helpful. Would absolutely go back and stay here :)

Es war alles sehr schön

Wir hatten einen tollen Gastgeber und es wurde gut um uns gekümmert. Die Unterkunft war klein aber fein und wirklich schön gepflegt. Der Pool war sehr sauber und wir hätten ihn zu gerne benutzt, leider hat uns das Wetter einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. Aber ansonsten gab es alles was wir brauchten. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Gastgeber hat uns sogar mit Grill-Kohle versorgt und unser Auto abgespült nach dem Saharastaub. Das war wirklich lieb. Zum Abschied gab es noch eine selbstgemachte Marmelade. Für uns waren die zwei Nächte ein schöner Aufenthalt trotz schlechtem Wetter und wir würden wieder kommen.

Endroit très paisible avec des hôtes super accueillants! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le petit déjeuner maison qui était délicieux!

The villa is fantastic and the garden is absolutely beautiful! A very comfortable house that can accommodate a lot of people. We were 3 couples - one with two kids and one with a baby and the house was perfect for us. Spotless, very tidy and a lot of space including a large living room and a huge backyard. All of us loved our stay! Ilias is a very polite and welcoming person. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back soon.

Really great location for families need to rest and still have Thassos island at your disposition, house have everything you need for a great vacation, either great pool if feel like not to go to the sea on some days, few Taverns walk distance, or fancy ones if want to drive, if have pet will feel better than home:) About Tassos the host, almost he's reading your minds what you will need :), will feel real Greek hospitality

We stayed there for 6 nights, 4 adults and 2 dogs. The place looks nice, a bit small for 4 persons but manageable. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped but it's OK, we were able to make breakfast in the morning. The problem we encountered is that the yard is not fully fenced, is not fenced at all. It has some plants around it but for a big part of it the plants are still very small. Our dogs were able to get out of the yard with no problem. Another thing I didn't understood from the listing is that the villa is shared, is not the entire villa. Upstairs you have neighbors. Other than that, the host were lovely and considerate, we also had a small incident with our friends dog who chewed on a cable but in the end everything was good. We had a lovely stay nevertheless.

Great location, everything was clean and tidy, new and ergonomically usable! The host was very responsive and met all our needs and requests. Very satisfied, I would recommend! The only downside was the church bells, but thats very common on most places around greece and especially Kavala/ Thessaloniki, so if you are searching for a complete silence you should keep it in mind! It is also on the first floor so if you are shy, maybe not perfect to go around the apartment naked :))

Great place to stay in Limenaria. Very close to the beach and at the same time in a quiet area. The place itself is new, very clean, stylish with all necessary amenities you need. There are also two balconies and a nice living room with a kitchen. Having a coffee machine was also great to have. The host also supplied coffee capsules. It was also very nice of the host to provide us with welcome & goodbye treats - water, sweets and local wine. Overall we've had an amazing stay and the apartment was cleaned every day. Please note that the apartment is a part of the hotel chain and the standards of the hospitality are pretty high. You might need to visit a hotel for the check-in which is 5 mins drive from the place. The check-out was smooth as well by leaving the keys inside the apartment. Parking is also available. Highly recommend this place. Great value. We wish to come back here one more time. Many thanks !

The villa is very spacious and comfortable - it can be used easily by 6 adults and 2 kids (+ 1 or 2 more people on the couches on the lower floor). The terrace is amazing - we spent most of our time there. Its only downside is that there's no lighting on the wooden shed, so our dinners were on candle light (which wasn't that bad) and also some curtain can be attached to the sides for shade in the mornings and afternoons. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. They all had very needed air conditioners. There are 2 bathrooms which was very useful. The kitchen and living room are well equipped and spacious. We cooked there every day and had no problems with the appliances. However, there's no air conditioner on the lower level and can get a bit warm in there. The hosts were great, super welcoming and friendly, they responded quickly whenever we had questions. There are a couple of beaches close by - one is in 2 min walk, the other - in 5min.

Wir verbrachten zu zweit einige Tage im Oktober auf Thassos. Es war zwar kalt, aber kein Problem, da die Unterkunft gut klimatisiert ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und voller liebevoller Details. Wir wurden bei allen Fragen spontan wunderbar betreut. Man sollte einen Föhn mitbringen... zumindest im Oktober.

I had an amazing stay at Bay Studios in Potos, Greece! The location was fantastic, close to both the beach and town, and the studio itself was spotless and comfortable. What really made the difference, though, was the incredible staff. They were so friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The administrator was also exceptionally responsive and kind, always quick to address any requests with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay special. Highly recommend Bay Studios, and I can't wait to return!

Το σπίτι ήταν στα "θελω" μας και στις ανάγκες μας! Στην κουζίνα είχε ο,τι μπορεί να χρειαζόμασταν και ολα σε άριστη κατάσταση, η οικοδέσποινα είχε φροντίσει και για τις πρώτες ανάγκες (νερό στο ψυγείο, σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο, απορρυπαντικό πλυντηρίου και άλλα). Νιώθαμε σαν στο σπιτι μας! Υπήρχε θάλασσα πολύ κοντά μας, πολύ σημαντικό γιατί είχαμε μωρά μαζί μας και μπορούσαμε να πάμε με τα πόδια. Η τηλεόραση είχε Netflix για τα παιδιά και στο σπίτι κάποια επιτραπέζια. Τα έπιπλα του σπιτιού άριστα!

Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung von Sotiria sehr genossen. Es war sehr sauber, alles vorhanden und wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sotiria hat immer schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage fanden wir super um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Sollten wir wieder einmal auf Thassos Ferien machen kommen wir gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank Sotiria
