The cozy house, newly built in 2021, is located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove. Central location but still ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. Large terrace with private swimming pool and magnificent mountain views. Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within walking distance. Hospitable taverns, bakery and supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We are happy to give insider tips on excursions, restaurants, etc.

Since 2017, we've hosted more than 110 groups of guests, providing excellent accommodation in a relaxed, beautiful, quiet and friendly environment. It's a traditional island villa built by our family with love, respecting the island's identity, nature and architecture. The villa is spacious and ideal for 6 guests. Το νεοδόμητο διαμέρισμα αποπερατώθηκε το Μάιο του 2025 και βρίσκεται δέκα λεπτά από την διάσημη παραλία των Αμμόλοφων. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και δυο μονά, μπάνιο με wc και ντουζιέρα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, ενιαίο σαλόνι με smart tv και καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Διαθέτει επιπλέον μεγάλη βεράντα με πανέμορφη θέα . Ιδανικό για 4 έως 6 ατομα.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε Πευκοδάσος,σε ήσυχο περιβάλλον με θέα το δάσος και το βουνό.Βρίσκεται πάνω από το κέντρο του χωριού όπου μπορεί να βρει κανείς ότι χρειάζεται και θέλει!Σούπερ μάρκετ,εστιατόρια,φαρμακεία,μαγαζιά... Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: Δίπλα σε δάσος,είναι αυτόνομα δωμάτια σε στυλ vintage με τουαλέτα, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και free wifi... Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο και οικογένειες (με παιδιά).
