It is a fully functional space, suitable to accommodate a large family. The interior consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has: TV, WiFi, washing machine, fridge-freezer, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The barbecue is available upon request.

The apartment is 5 minutes away walking to the beach, local restaurants and taverns, and a supermarket. Lovely studio with beautiful garden

You can relax in a place surrounded by plants, at a close distance (5-10 minutes by feet) from the centre of Kavala. You can also enjoy your cofee or meal on the nice and cosy porch of a garden with aview of the sea. Do not think about parking your car because you have an individual closed garage.The garage is 4.80 meters long and the garage door is 2.75 meters wide and 1.76 meters high.
